Lucknow University MBA is a two-year postgraduate programme, divided into four semesters and offered in full-time mode. The MBA at Lucknow University covers several specialisations. The course is also offered in a self-financed mode. Lucknow University MBA admission is completely entrance-based.
The university's flagship MBA programme is being offered via the Institute of Management Sciences. Admission to the MBA course is based on candidates' performance in the Lucknow University Management Entrance Test (LUMET).

- Eligibility criteria: Aspirants must hold a valid Bachelor's degree in any stream of study from a recognised university. In addition, a candidate should have passed the degree course with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates). - Apart from the LUMET entrance examination, for admisison to Lucknow University courses, the university also accepts the valid score of CAT and CUET-PG.

The Official announcement of the CAT exam date is made by the convening IIM. The announcement will be made at the iimcat.ac.in website as well as in all the national dailies across India.
