First, you have to get minimum 55%(45% for SC/ST) in BSc or qualifying degree then cutoff will decide on basis of numbers of candidates appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam.

3-If candidates fulfill the above criteria, they need to qualify for an aptitude test in architecture conducted by the Council or by the competent authority of the Central Government and the State Government, complying with the Admission Norms. Mode of Admission: Aptitude Test
1-National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA).
2-National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA). The criteria for selection are: The merit of candidates will be determined by their performance in the qualifying examination and aptitude test. The weightage shall be as follows:
1-The qualifying examination yielded a score of 50 percent.
2-50 percent for the Aptitude Test NATA. The total number of seats is distributed as per the following:
1- According to the government of India's reservation policy, 50 percent.
2- According to the government of Karnataka reservation policy, 50 percent. Duration of the course: 5 years which is equivalent to 10 semesters. I hope this will help you.
