USTM offers BSc in seven specialisation Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Science & Technology, Botany and Zoology. The admission procedure of UG and PG courses in USTM starts with passing the eligible criteria laid out by the University. The candidates have to fill the online application form either online or offline. After filling the application form candidates have to be submit it  along with the required documents and the application fee. Later Merit list is released by the University which will further confirm the admission.

USTM does offers Degree in regional language i.e.  Khasi, Assamese and Garo. The university offers Postgraduate level programme in Khasi, Assamese and Garo. The programme covers duration of two years. To get into the programme candidates must posses 45% aggregate (5% Relaxation for reserved categories). The tuition fee ranges from INR 60,000 to INR 68,000. Candidates must first fill the application form with all the required documents. Admission will be done on Merit basis.

Yes, USTM does offers course in Pharmacy. USTM Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences offers courses in BPharm, DPharm and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Diploma in Pharmacy (D Pharm) is a two years Diploma programme and  Bachelor of Pharmacy (abbreviated B Pharm) is an undergraduate four years academic degree programme in the field of pharmacy. Both the courses required class 12 with 50% aggregate for admission as the admission is Merit basis.
