No, Central University of Jharkhand does not accept direct admission. CUJ Ranchi admission is entrance-based for most of its courses. Students must appear for the specified entrance tests in order to get admission to the courses offered at the university. For its undergraduate courses, the university accepts CUET-UG score whereas for the postgraduate programmes, CUET-PG score is considered. Students must fulfil all of the additional requirements as specified by the university before applying for the desired course.

Central University of Jharkhand BTech total fees is calculated by adding up the amount related to all the fee components. As per an official document released by CU Jharkhand, the eligibility criteria for Integrated BTech courses spot round differ from regular rounds of counselling. As per the criteria, students should have secured least 55% marks in Class 12
exam in the Science Stream (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics). For OBC (NCL)/SC/ST students, the qualifying mark is 50%.

Central University of Jharkhand offers MBA programme to students in full-time mode. The total tuition fee of CUJ Ranchi MBA course is INR 78,400.
