To apply for PhD, follow the step-wise application process

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University (VBSPU).

Step 1.2: Register yourself for the desired course, and then use the credentials to log into the registered account.

Step 1.3: Fill the application form with the required details, such as personal information, educational qualification, and contact.

Step 1.4: Upload the required documents.

Step 1.5: Pay the application fee and submit the form.

Documents required:

The list of documents required at the time of submitting an application for PhD at VBSPU Jaunpur is given below:

• Class 12 marksheet and certificate
• Category certificate (original and self-attested photocopy)
• Income certificate (original and self-attested photocopy)
• Character certificate (original)
• School leaving or Transfer Certificate (original)
• P.H. certificate (original and self-attested photocopy), if applicable
• Original Medical certificate (Original)

STEP 2: Selection/ Shortlisting of candidates

All the candidates seeking admission to PhD is entrance exam-based. Candidates need to clear (PUCRET) and an interview. A valid score in PUCRET is accepted by the university will be called for counselling.

STEP 3: Payment of Admission Fee & Admission Confirmation

Candidates selected for PhD need to pay the admission fee of the course to confirm their admission at the university.
