I will explain the following scenario: "A certain company comes with a 15 LPA package and you are excited to achieve it with your laptop in front of you, when you get a "shortlist" which is just for students to be eligible for company audits. Nearly 14 companies come every week but you can write to only 3-4 companies. Out of 700 companies, you end up writing to a maximum of 60 companies. Lots of companies come to your college but you  only get a few. By the end of December, your chances of getting a job are very low.
