Decent culture, you can take admission, but always choose NIT over VIT.
Placements: Top recruiters are Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, etc. Approximately 85-90% of students from the CSE course were placed. Around 65-70% of students received internships. Major internship providers included Amazon, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and several startups through CDC and off-campus opportunities. Students with a decided CGPA can sit in interviews; this is only a side effect of the college.
Infrastructure: VIT-Andhra Pradesh University has good infrastructure, smart classrooms, and modern labs, but some of the equipment is not working, and the lab attendants are not good. The canteen is decent, not everything is found in the canteen, but the most important stuff can be bought. Sports and games are above average, including basketball, cricket, etc.
Faculty: Some faculty are good, and some are not, but you have the flexibility to choose your faculty and the time of classes. GPA is defined on the basis of class average, and the syllabus is updated every 2 years. Coding is also taught from the first semester, so students can increase their thinking ability.
Other: Connectivity is average, so if you are a newbie, you may face a little bit of difficulty. Everything else is good, no ragging faced by anyone.

I love the vibe of the college and academic structure.
Placements: Almost 70 to 80 percent of the students are placed in this course. The highest package is around 43 LPA, and the average is between 6 LPA and 8 LPA. Top companies like Dell, IBM, Deloitte, TCS, Amazon, and so on visited our campus to hire students. In the fourth year of the course, all students receive an internship course.
Infrastructure: It is good, but most of it is under construction. They have constructed 8 men’s hostels, 5 ladies’ hostels, and 3 academic blocks. There is the largest academic block of India (CB). Libraries and labs are fully air-conditioned. Food quality is superb compared to other colleges present here. There is 24/7 medical support facility on the campus.
Faculty: All teachers are very knowledgeable, but some of them don’t show interest in teaching because of personal issues. But some of them are really helpful and motivating for students. The curriculum provided by the college is really good, and selecting faculty members is a very good system present in this college.
Other: I chose the Data Analytics course out of my interest. The thing which I would want to be better for my course is adding more labs for particular courses related to the branch Data Analytics. This is the best college in Andhra Pradesh if you are considering the curriculum and the cultural interaction with people from other states. No college in Andhra Pradesh provides these facilities at this fee for EAMCET students.

Excellent college in Andhra Pradesh with good faculty and placement record.
Placements: 70 percent to 80 percent of students are placed in my college. The highest package is 1 CPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA, and average is 14 LPA. Microsoft, Google, Intel, Amazon, and Infosys are top recruiting companies of my course. 40 to 40 percent of students of my course get internships, and the companies are Microsoft, Google, Delhi, and NVIDIA. Software development engineer (SDE), machine learning engineer, data engineer, and software test engineer are the top roles offered in my course.
Infrastructure: We have 3 blocks: AB1, AB2, and CB. Each block has classes of capacity 70 with around 35 tables, 2 students per table are to be seated on the chair. AB1 and AB2 have libraries with centralized AC. All 3 blocks have Wi-Fi facility on every floor, and we have computer labs with centralized AC and computer systems, and Physics labs, Chemistry labs.
Faculty: Almost all the lecturers had done their Ph.D. in either NITs or IITs and of course they are knowledgeable, and they are helpful. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant and makes us industry ready. The semester exams are moderate to tough level, and the pass percentage will be around 85.
Other: I want to become a software engineer, so I have taken this course. The best thing is that we have options to select which subject to take during our course registration as we belong to core. I would suggest to increase seats for AI/ML as it is in trend now. We have multiple activities which will be held by several clubs.

Overall, the college is good in comparison to other colleges.
Placements: Placements are not based on branches. They are based on skills. The highest package is 20 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 LPA. Google, Microsoft, and Infosys are among the companies that hire here. More than 50% of students get internships. The overall placement percentage is around 30%, and the internship companies are not very well-known. Overall, placements are low at my college.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are okay, but not very good. Wi-Fi is a major problem in our college. Labs are super, but in others, the computers are worst. Classrooms have fans with slow speed, and sometimes we are not allowed to stay in them even if they are free.
Faculty: The semester papers are moderate compared to other colleges, but exams come too quickly. The curriculum is relevant. The pass percentage is about 70%. Most teachers are not very helpful. The college has some of the best faculty, but they are not assigned to first- and second-year students.
Other: I chose this course because I got it through the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, so I had no other choice. The best placement opportunities are available. College events are good, but the student strength is more than normal capacity.

I am disappointed with placements and management.
Placements: This year, the highest package offered is 80 LPA. Below 10 students got placed with a package of 50 LPA. Almost all students get placed with a package of below 18 LPA, and a few students get a package ranging between 20-40 LPA, as far as I know. The average package offered ranges from 8-12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Sports facilities are good, with a good library and labs. Hostels are the best out of all. The food quality depends on the hostel block, as some blocks have good food and some don't. The quality of faculty is from average to good. Food served in the canteen is good.
Faculty: I like the FFCS system, which allows us to select our own time slots and professors as per our liking. The course curriculum is good, but I think it lacks in-depth topics as it covers the basics mostly. Semester exams are above average, and 40 marks are required to pass exams.
Other: I chose this course because it is the most dominant field out there currently. The college has a lot of crowds, and I like events conducted here.

Review of VIT-Andhra Pradesh University.
Placements: Our college is good at placements, with around 45-50 percent of students getting placed in companies. The lowest salary is up to 4 LPA, the highest is 1 crore per annum, and the average package is around 25 LPA. The top recruiters are Amazon, PayPal, Nokia, and many more. The above companies have taken students for the internships, and around 35-40 percent of students have done the internships. Software developer, data analyst, and web developer are some of the roles offered with our course.
Infrastructure: Our college has a pretty good infrastructure. The classes are good, but there is no air conditioning. The air circulation is good, but during the summer, it is hard to go to college. The labs are very good. Wi-Fi is good, but in some places we are not able to connect to the Wi-Fi. Hostel rooms are good, and they are maintained very well. The food is good. They provide all facilities to play and give the playthings also, our college is associated with Manipal Hospital. They provide 24/7 services.
Faculty: Most of the faculty in our college are good at providing a good interface between students to bring up doubts and ideas, and if the idea has to be brought up, they do their best to support us. Most of the teachers are qualified with a doctorate. The semester exams are good, and the pattern is adopted for all the students to pass if they invest a little time and put some effort. They get a pass, and for the ones who are trying to get a high CGPA, there is a good competition as the grading is relatively.
