VIT-AP AP EAMCET cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of the final cutoff list for admission to the B.E. / B.Tech and other UG-level courses. The AP EAMCET results were released in the form of ranks for several categories belonging to the All India and Home State quotas.
Among the General AI category, the last round cutoff ranged from 942 to 7121 for B.E. / B.Tech, wherein B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and B.
VIT-AP AP EAMCET cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of the final cutoff list for admission to the B.E. / B.Tech and other UG-level courses. The AP EAMCET results were released in the form of ranks for several categories belonging to the All India and Home State quotas.
Among the General AI category, the last round cutoff ranged from 942 to 7121 for B.E. / B.Tech, wherein B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (VLSI) were the top three most competitive specialisations for admission, with the cutoffs closing at 942, 942 and 1645, respectively.
On the other hand, for the General HS quota candidates, the most sought-after B.E. / B.Tech specialisation in the last round was B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, closely followed by B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, with closing ranks of 3724, and 3724, respectively. VIT Andhra Pradesh offers BSc-MSc Dual Degree in Data Science. Aspirants must meet below eligibility to apply for the course:
- Class 12 (Intermediate/CBSE/ICSE/HSC) with a minimum of 55% aggregate (10% waiver for students belonging to C/ST category and Jammu and Kashmir / Ladakh & North-eastern states) or equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
- Students who have appeared/are appearing for their board exams and awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 2005 are eligible to apply.
VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is mandatory for admission to the B.Tech. Programme in Vellore Institute of Technology-AP (VIT-AP). Higher Secondary Board, JEE Main, or SAT scores will not be considered for admission to the B.Tech. Degree Programme. However, for some other courses, there is no entrance examination, and candidates are selected based on their academic performance.
Aspirants must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 55% aggregate (45% aggregate for candidates belonging to SC/ ST caegory and Jammu and Kashmir / Ladakh & North-eastern states) to apply for BBA programme at VIT-AP University.
VIT Andhra Pradesh selects candidates for admission to BCom programme based on their merit. A merit list is prepared based on Class 12 scores of the aspirants. Selected candidates are called for counselling and seat allotment.
As per the VIT Andhra Pradesh University admission guidelines, entrance exam is not required to get admitted to the BA-MA course. Admission to VIT Andhra Pradesh University is determined by candidates' performance in their last qualifying exam. There are no entrance exams for the BA-MA course. There are a total of 17 seats for BA at VIT Andhra Pradesh University. The BA seats are offered in limited numbers. Therefore, must apply as soon as the application forms are out. Candidates must complete the entire admission procedure to secure the BA-MA seats at Vellore Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh.
VIT-AP University accepts the VITMEE, which is conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology annually for admission to M.Tech in various disciplines. The applicants are selected based on exam performance, followed by online VITMEE counselling. The application process for VITMEE registration comprises registration, filling out forms, uploading documents, and fee payment. The VITMEE exam is conducted in an online computer-based mode for two hours.
