Merit Scholarship:
a)GV Merit Scholarship:
Any board topper across the country will get 100% scholarship for all the years of the UG degree programme.
b)Tmt.Rajeswari Ammal Merit Scholarship:
Any district topper across the country will get 50% scholarship for all the years of the UG degree programme. If the district topper is a girl, she will get an additional 25% scholarship (making it 75% scholarship).

GATE/NET Scholarship: Scholarship provided as per AICTE norms per month is entitled only to those students having a valid GATE/NET score at the time of admission.

100% Full Merit scholarship to a candidate who has secured CGPA of 9.0 or 90% and above (whichever is applicable) in the 6 Semesters/ Three Years of the qualifying UG examination
b)Rajeswari PG Merit Scholarship
50% scholarship to a candidate who has secured CGPA of 8.0 or 80% and above in the 6 Semesters/ Three Years of the qualifying UG examination and an additional 25% for a girl candidate making it a 75% scholarship.

VIT-AP University offers a BTech programme at the UG level. It is offered in full-time mode and is approved by the AICTE. The total tuition fee of BTech at VIT Andhra Pradesh University ranges around INR 7.8 lakh.
VIT-AP fees for the two-year M.Tech course range from INR 3.8 Lacs to INR 4.9 lakh. The course fee can be paid in two installments. Further, candidates must also pay an amount of INR 3,000 as a caution deposit fee, which is refundable. Candidates willing to apply for the hostel seat at the university must pay an amount of INR 2.47 lakh. The fee information is sourced from the official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change.
The total fee for the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme at VIT Vellore is INR 1.67 lakh. The programme is three years long.
Admission to the BBA programme is based on merit and counseling. Applicants must have passed their Class 12 exams or equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
VITEEE rank holders in the top 50 receive a 75% tuition fee waiver for all four years. Rank holders 51–100 receive a 50% waiver, and rank holders 101–1000 receive a 25% waiver.
