I don't know about the entrance exams of BITS Pilani, VIT, but I have heard that they are very difficult and seats are also very limited. I have given CUCET, so I can tell you about that.CUCET is Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test (CUCET). This test is mandatory for some programs at your admission at Chandigarh University. If you score well in CUCET then you can get a sholarship that reduces your fees a lot.The university also gives Rs. 170 Crores worth of scholarships for lots of courses in different fields. The scholarship details for CUCET 2025-26 are like if you get 90.01 to 100 Marks, you will get 100% scholarship, student getting 80 to 90 marks will get 50% scholarship and student with 70 to 79.99 marks will get 40% scholarship and so on.Not only about CUCET, I also heard that the university is really amazing, it has everything from modern courses, amazing practicals, modern infrastructure, friendly faculty and even co curricular activities. The camoys is also awesome, the classrooms, labs, and library are modern and well-equipped. The university also has special research centers and tie-ups with big companies. Apart from that, the university also has health care services, sports arena, amazing hostel facilities and various food outlets also.

There is no way to get direct admission to a computer Science course at VIT Vellore. You have to go through VITEEE Entrance test and admission will be based on the cutoffs score for the Entrance Exam. There  is also a provision for management seats but the fees is really high. For that you need not to appear for VITEEE but seats are very less. Admission will be direct.
