Not a good placement year at VIT, but it is average, really good infrastructure and facilities.

Faculty: Faculty, I say it's good. Curriculum, when I joined, was 2022. The curriculum was okay at that time, but it is the year when AI is booming, so they haven't gone for any changes, but now they have made some good curriculum where students can withstand and compete globally. Coming to the exam, it's average that one can prepare for exams before the exam, but caution if you can revise the total syllabus in one go, otherwise you will have an arrear.

I said all about my university, and now you have to pay me up.

Faculty: Copying is possible in the exams. Itis not a good college for non-copying average students. Semester exams are not that hard, like JEE or NEET questions, but manageable. We have to do other projects and stuff at the same pace as the exams too. Teachers are mid. The curriculum has no connection with jobs.

VIT has the best opportunities to grow in life.

Faculty: All faculty members are PhD holders. In our department, most of the faculty members are from IITs. Their teaching quality is the best. Students become industry-ready as they have to do internships compulsorily. Guest lectures happen often, and at least 14 to 15 times a year. End-semester exams are dependent on the faculty members we take. Chances of getting a backlog in a subject are quite low, as we have a chance to make up for it once.

VIT is a good college that gives you a lot of exposure.

Faculty: Faculty here are well qualified and knowledgeable with years of experience. Classes here are very interactive and informative. It also makes the student gain confidence for placement. 80-90 percent is the approximate pass percentage, maybe it can vary.

It does not support sports or other activities.

Faculty: Faculty members are not only specialised in concepts like operating systems, database management, and programming, but also well known for courses like data science, machine learning, and everything. They made us bloom like a flower by providing the required known worth of the fee that we are paying.

An overall review of VIT Vellore.

Faculty: All teachers of all branches are highly qualified and helpful with all sorts of research. They will always be there to provide us with the required resources. The course curriculum is relevant and to the point. There are two sets of mid-semester exams of 50 marks, and one end-semester of 100 marks, along with assignments and quizzes, ensuring thorough preparation.

Review of VIT Vellore main campus (A small city).

Faculty: The faculty of the college is average. Some are very good, but some are bad. The curriculum is not the best but it is better than many other private colleges. They try to update the curriculum to what is required to learn in the current tech market but they can do better.

Disappointed because of placements and internship but really good facilities and infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members are very nice, well-educated, and have proper knowledge. The course curriculum is updated every 2-3 years to stay relevant with the current job market and is good. Exams are not that hard if you study properly and the pass rate is usually around 95 percent.

Good placements for BCA and engineering, and a pretty big campus of around 350 acres.

Faculty: Teachers are good if we choose them properly, or have ffcs where we can choose faculty members and slots (evg. Or morng), so pretty good. Fees are decent when I joined, I had a tuition fee of Rs. 50,000 per year, but now it's 1kh. Semester exams are pretty good and moderate if you study well.

Review of VIT Vellore.

Faculty: The course curriculum is different from other branches, specifically for IT, having a different course code. But it is similar to what is being offered in other colleges. Teachers are chosen by students only during FFCS (A system to choose our own teacher and make our own timetable for classes).

Best decision of my life.

Faculty: Faculty members are well educated and do fair checking of exams. There is no discrimination by any teacher based on color, caste, religion etc. Courses are extremely relevant to the curriculum and make industry experts. Semester exams are pretty hard, but if any student pays attention in class, he/she will be able to crack it. Well qualified teachers, a variety of students from every culture and a diverse population

I am satisfied because of the good infrastructure and good placements.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. They will teach according to students perspective. There are only a few teachers, as they just read the PPT and run away. The BCA subjects are the same as the M.Tech and B.Tech syllabus in VIT. They make us study in depth. BCA students have a low syllabus compared to B.Tech and M.Tech. Exams are moderate because they will ask scenario questions and not direct questions.

Companies hire for R&D roles.

Faculty: Our faculty members shine like a star with their phenomenal qualifications and years of experience. Faculty members do not matter about the students' previous image and their background. They are very clear that their profession is to teach the students. Faculty members are busy with everyday portions, and there is no time for them to take leave.

Really good infrastructure and faculty, but getting a placement is as difficult as JEE.

Faculty: The professors here are highly qualified and are really helpful. They guide us through many things to boost our careers, like helping with projects or writing research papers. The course curriculum is up to date with the latest technologies taught in the curriculum, making students learn what is future-proof. The passing percentage is 60 percent, including internals. If internals are not included, then it is 40 percent, including the final exam.

I am absolutely satisfied with this college.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and well-educated. The course is well-designed by professionals to make a student industry-ready. Exams are not that competitive, but maintaining a CGPA in CSE is quite tough as there's a lot of competition here. VIT conducts 3 exams within a semester. 2 of them are closed-book, and one is an open-book exam.
