VITEEE 2026 OTBS Portal: Candidates who have registered for VIT exam can access VITEEE OTBS portal to book slots. The portal for slot booking will open in second week of April 2026. The full form of VITEEE OTBS portal is Online Test Booking System. The VITEEE 2026 OTBS Portal will tentatively open in the second week of April 2026. Candidates who have submitted their VITEEE 2026 application form have to create an account at OTBS portal for VIT slot booking. What is OTBS in VITEEE?

The OTBS or Online Test Booking System is a web-portal or web-based online scheduling system used for test city selection and VITEEE slot booking. The candidate portal will be available at vit.ac.in. Candidates must note that registration at VIT OTBS portal is mandatory and must be done within the stipulated time.

Use of VITEEE Exam OTBS Portal 2026

The VITEEE OTBS portal is used for the following -

• Slot booking and test city selection
• Downloading VITEEE admit card

Candidates who have booked their slot and downloaded admit card, will be eligible to attempt VITEEE 2026.

VITEEE 2026 OTBS Portal Dates

VIT Online Test Booking will open in the second week of April 2026. Candidates have to create an account and register within the mentioned dates. Booking VITEEE exam slot after due date will not be accepted. Therefore, candidates must do it within the stipulated time.

The slot booking VIT will be made available along with OTBS VITEEE. During the slot booking, students have to register and book a slot for exam. Since VIT Engineering Entrance Examination is conducted on multiple dates, the slots will be booked on a “first-come-first-served” basis and are subject to the availability of the date and time.

No, the slot booking for VIT 2026 is done for free. However, one must complete the activity before the mentioned date. 

How to register for VITEEE OTBS Portal?

VIT Registration at OTBS portal must be done online. To do so, students have to create an account at viteee.vit.ac.in. VITEEE OTBS password will be sent to candidate’s registered email ID. Once received, candidates can log in and select the following -

Important Instructions

Candidates must check the following VITEEE 2026 slot booking guidelines and instructions below -

• Slot once booked cannot be changed. Request for test city, date, slot or subject is not allowed under any circumstances.
• The OTBS VITEEE is applicable for candidates who have registered for exam.
• The application fee will be not be refunded if a candidate fails to book exam slot or remains absent on test date.
• A confirmation mail will be sent to candidate’s registered email ID after the slot is booked.
• Once the VIT slot booking 2026 is completed, a booking confirmation form will be generated.
• The VITEEE e-admit card will be made available 48 hours prior to the booked exam schedule.

• Go to "Need Help" section

• After submission, a ticket number will be issued. Candidates can login and track their status.

Steps to download admit card at VITEEE Online Test Booking System

VIT exam admit card 2026 will be available for download in OTBS before 48 hours of booked schedule. The VITEEE 2026 admit card will include details such as application number, photo, test centre address, exam date and time, etc. If there is any discrepancy, then candidates must inform VIT authorities immediately. 

Candidates can download their VITEEE 2026 hall ticket from OTBS portal, a copy of hall ticket will also be emailed to the applicant. Students must take a printout of the admit card on A-4 size paper.
