Goa Medical College Cutoff 2024: Check Category-Wise NEET PG Cutoff Ranks

Goa Medical College category wise cutoff 2024 was announced for admission to the MD and MS courses in the AII India quota. As per the NEET PG last round cutoff 2024, the closing ranks varied between 4175 and 128282, wherein the most competitive was MD in General Medicine among the students belonging to the General AI quota. The cutoff ranks were also released for MS courses, including Obstetrics and Gynaecology, ENT (Otorhinolaryngology), and General Surgery. For detailed cutoff information, read this article.

Goa Medical College NEET PG Cutoff 2024 for General AI Category

For the General AI category candidates, the NEET PG cutoff ranks were more competitive as compared to other categories, including OBC, SC, etc. Among the General AI quota, the top three most competitive courses for admission were MD in General Medicine, MD in Paediatrics, and MD in Psychiatry, with NEET PG last round closing ranks of 4175, 5351 and 5931, respectively. Under the MS courses, the top two specialisations were General Surgery and Obstetrics and Gynaecology, for which the cutoff ranks concluded at 7537 and 12871, respectively. Goa Medical College NEET PG Cutoff 2024 for OBC AI Category

The NEET PG first round closing ranks were between 1037 and 57202 for admission to the MD and MS courses. In the final round, the closing ranks varied between 1472 and 75896. Compared to the General AI category students, the NEET PG ranks are relatively less competitive for admission among the OBC category students. Goa Medical College NEET PG Cutoff 2024 for SC AI Category

Candidates can refer to the table below to view the NEET PG  first and last round closing ranks for MD and MS courses across multiple specialisations. Among all the MD courses, Radio Diagnosis has the most stringent last round cutoff rank of 6870. The first round closing rank for the same was 5691 for students belonging to the SC category in the AI India quota. Candidates who failed to get into Radio Diagnosis at Goa Medical College can also consider less competitive specialisations such as Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy and General Medicine, which have lenient last round closing ranks of 7522 and 17200, respectively.

For the ST AI category candidates, the NEET PG 2024 cutoff ranks were released for admission to MD courses, such as Bio-Chemistry, Pharmacology and Radio Diagnosis. Within the MS programme, the cutoff was announced for Ophthalmology and General Surgery specialisations. The most and least sought-after MD specialisations for admission were Radio Diagnosis with first and last round closing ranks of 12510 and 18021, respectively. For MS, the lowest last round cutoff rank was 22349 for General Surgery, making it the most challenging for admission among the ST category candidates. For more details, refer to the table below:
