IIIT Kalyani Cutoff 2019: Category-wise JEE Main Cutoff Ranks

IIIT Kalyani cutoff 2025 has been released across various specialisations in opening and closing ranks. IIIT Kalyani BTech cutoff 2025 ranged between 48636 and 73412 for the General AI category candidates, wherein BTech in CSE (AI and DS) was the most competitive program and the easiest BTech specialisation to secure admission in was B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. IIIT Kalyani BTech cutoff 2026 has been released for admissions to various specialisations for the first round. As per the firrst round cutoff 2026, for candidates belonging to the OBC category All India quota, the cutoff ranged from 15287 to 17080. As per this range, BTech CSE (Cyber Security) and BTech ECE were the most and least competitive coursed for admission.

For the OBC Female AI category, the same round cutoff ranged from 13455 to 19435. For this category, the same courses were as above were the most and least competitive.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Computer Science and Engineering at IIIT Kalyani - Indian Institute of Information Technology for other than General category are - 57659 for OBC, 142628 for SC, 255595 for ST, 52381 for EWS, and 1037 for PWD. Candidates need to submit a self-attested copy of the following documents while filling IIIT Kalyani application form in online mode:

To qualify for IIIT Kalyani admissions, the score one would need would depend entirely on which category you belong to. If you belong to the General category AI quota, you would need to secure a score well above 300 to get a chance for admission at IIIT Kalyani as M.Tech. in VLSI and Embedded Systems cutoff score 2025 is 358. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff for the same course is 330. Similarly, other categories will have differing cutoff scores.
