My Path to Choosing the Course
My father is a businessman. I was exposed to the world of business from an early age. I decided to pursue a career in Commerce, which proved to be the best decision I have ever made. After finishing high school, I was not sure what to study for graduation. Then, because I had an interest in business, I chose BBA. During my graduation, I learned a variety of business concepts. After completing my graduation, I wanted to learn more about business, so I enrolled in the MBA program at ICFAI University, Sikkim. This university provides the best education for students who want to reach phenomenal heights in their careers. ICFAI University taught me how to keep my hobbies alive despite hectic schedules.
I completed my admission procedure using my class 12th, which was sufficient to secure admission to ICFAI University Sikkim. To be honest, I have not taken any coaching lessons for preparation. Since I knew ICFAI was the top university for management, I did not apply to any other college.
ICFAI lit up my passion:
I wanted to do a management course, and ICFAI was the best choice available in Sikkim. My passion for pursuing an MBA stems from my strong commerce background and my success as a Gold Medalist in BBA. This foundation has lit up my passion and heightened my ambition to pursue an MBA to gain deeper insights into the business world. I am enthusiastic about exploring complex concepts, developing a strategic mindset, and enhancing my leadership skills to make a significant impact in the business sector.
My life at ICFAI has crucially contributed to my overall life growth, fostering both academic and personal development. It has provided me with the skills and confidence to excel in various fields. Currently, I am utilizing those skills, exploring diverse job opportunities, and working as a social media manager for a USA-based company.
My College Experience
It was a wonderful experience at ICFAI University, Sikkim. I used to spend much of my time in the library since I enjoy reading books. I also enjoy learning new things in the smart classroom. I was a key member of the Eco Club Committee. We organized environmental cleanup campaigns. I also participated in extracurricular activities such as badminton, cricket, and table tennis, and I bagged 1st position at the Best Manager Competition in the ABLAZE Fest. If given the chance, I would like to represent ICFAI at the international level for seminars and conferences.
To be honest, I was an ordinary student at my school. ICFAI helped me maintain my interest while I was also developing my competence and efficiency. It taught me that nothing is impossible if we work hard. I won a gold medal in BBA, and I earned a 10 CGPA record. This was the first time in the history of ICFAI that a student has received a 10 CGPA in each semester, and add to that, I was also a Gold Medalist in MBA, making it the second time with the highest CGPA record in MBA till date. I urge all students to join ICFAI because it is the ideal venue for developing their talents and knowledge. It was an enriching experience at ICFAI. It gave me the skills and capabilities to achieve new heights in life. It improved my personality and qualities.
