Hi, my name is Preeti Rautela and I completed my schooling from Maharishi Vidya Mandir Bageshwar. When my class 10 exams were over and it was time to decide the stream for Intermediate, I was very sure about my decision to take the Commerce stream. The reason behind that, I loved to know how to start a business, how a company work, and I enjoy playing around with excel. So, my decision to take Accounting in Intermediate was fixed. I am a computer geek since my childhood. I love computers and I think computers love me too.  So, I chose my stream and started focusing on Intermediate only. As I have already shared that I love to know how a company work and how it communicates with outsiders, I spent most of my time on accounting and business studies.

When I was in Class 12, it was time to make the biggest decision of my life. This time is very crucial for everyone because this is the turning point of the career. I chose BBA as my career option because I was interested in Management Programme because I wanted to pursue MBA in Human Resource later. BBA would give me all-around exposure as well as management knowledge. In MBA, I could use my technical skills as well as management skills.

After completing my intermediate I chose Amrapali Group of Institutes, Haldwani. I chose this college because of the infrastructure, faculty, and placements. So I got admission in this college. Now, I am happy that I am here. 

My College Life

Coming to the learning and insights, my college life has been awesome. I have learned a lot of new things. The faculty members are awesome and always ready to help. I think I chose the right career for myself as it was my decision; nobody forced me to do that. So, I am very happy about my decision. The college lecture is a very important part of our lives as it gives us the opportunity to explore ourselves and live life.

Amrapali Group of Institute plays a major role in shaping my career. It gives me the opportunity to explore and enhance my skills through extracurricular activities like Manthan, Prabhandhan, Spandan, Carnival, Annual Sportz, (NSS) National Service Scheme, etc.  Career selection is the most important and toughest phase of a student’s life. I think that a career should be selected on the basis of our own interests, and not under the pressure of anyone. Discover yourself, your interests, values, skills, personality preferences, and strengths. Discover the careers that match your interest and explore them. Find out what information or which individual can help you explore your career option. Find out which classes and activities will help you to develop your strengths.

Placements are good and they are starting from the second year itself. This leads to a better experience for the final year interviews. College also provides internships to all the students in the fifth semester so that they can get industrial exposure. These all make value at the time of placements.

• Compared to other institutions, fee structure was affordable. They also provide scholarships also. Based on the merit also fees will be reduced. This will help the student financially.
• Students can avail scholarships from the affiliated university based on the candidate’s category. College staffs provide the details of the scholarship within the due date. This scholarship continues for three years.
• College labs are fully equipped and maintained by separate staff. Sports for both boys and girls are conducted by the college.
• There is a hostel facility available by the college. The college is located in a good place foothill of Nainital, Uttarakhand. The infrastructure was good and pleasant.

There is nothing negative to talk about our College. One can explore good placement opportunities, learn from experienced faculty members and up-to-date in-house facilities for the development of students. Those who aspire to succeed with a career should seek admission in Amrapali Group of Institute, haldwani. A very favourable atmosphere that nourishes the students is provided here.

Currently, I am studying in BBA fourth Semester and till now i am very happy with everything that is provided to me by Amrapali group of institutes. I very well know that in the last year of my BBA programme, I will get a cent percent placement from the college and make my family and faculty proud.
