Basically, most companies were interested in recruiting only CSE and IT students, sometimes ECE also.

Satisfied with the campus life but not with the placement.
Placements: Placements are decent. 60% of the students are placed. The highest package offered is 20LPA, and the lowest is 3LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cognizant, Deloitte, Accenture, and TCS. Internships are pretty low, 30% are currently engaged in internships. The top roles offered are Data Scientist, etc.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are decent with projectors, and the labs are pretty well maintained. Wi-Fi is all around the campus, and the library is somewhat congested but contains all the books. Hostels are outside the campus, and during lunch break, the college bus is available to go to the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty here are very friendly and always available to clear out doubts. They are well qualified, and some are not. The quality of teaching is high, but the courses offered are not enough to become industry ready. We have to do other courses. Semester exams are well and marks are allotted based on our performance.

Good life experience and a few courses are interesting, and a few faculty members are too good.
Placements: Compared to earlier hiring, it has been reduced, and the hiring process has become tough. As days go by, due to the emerging technologies like AI, devOps, cloud computing, and quantum computing, we need to get new skills which is lacking in your curriculum.
Infrastructure: It has been 28 days since MGIT was constructed. Compared to the recent college infrastructure. MGIT has some golden architecture, yet it is strong. MGIT is such a green and eco-friendly college. Even though it has golden architecture, it has a good base withstanding heat, rain, and wind for 28 days till today.
Faculty: Only a few faculty members are good. The curriculum includes a few relevant courses. In the semester examinations, there is one subject paper among all in that certain semester that is tougher. The main criteria to write the semester final examination is that you need to score 14 or more in order to write semester.
Other: I chose CSE to become a software engineer, and it helps us to love the real-world problems with all the test cases. There is an annual event called Nirvana, where we can enjoy a lot.

If you are getting a scholarship, this is a good college.
Placements: I am just in my 5th sem, so I did not go for placements, but according to our seniors, our college is getting a little lesser campus placements than before, but most of them are placed off campus. The highest package offered is 70 LPA, and 6.5 LPA of the average package. I do not know the exact percentage of internships, but in my class of 70 people, 7 members are going to internships, and the college encourages them to do internships.
Infrastructure: I dont know about the hostel as I am a day scholar, but coming to our course, 1st sem, 3rd sem, and 4th sem faculty are great, and I dont think 2nd sem and 5th sem faculty are that great because they are new to teaching, even though we have experienced faculty, some new faculty are given to explain to seniors.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but not everyone. Their teaching quality is good, but some of the new ones are not that good. However, the inexperienced teachers are mostly assigned to important subjects or simple subjects. Coming to the course, it is somewhat outdated, and they said that they will update the syllabus for upcoming students according to our reviews. I dont think the 2nd sem and 5th sem faculty are that great because they are new to teaching, even though we have experienced faculty, some new faculty are assigned to explain to seniors.
Other: I chose this course because it is a booming course and one of the best things. I am very lucky to have the faculty that explained languages very well. This helped me build a foundation for any other advanced courses.

Knowledge is power, it is in the MGIT.
Placements: 80% of students are placed. 35 LPA is the highest package and 6 LPA is the lowest package. 60% of students got internships. ServiceNow, Siemens, IBM, NTT Data, Hexagon, Cognida AI, Demandbase, Merilytics, DBS, Catalog, Verisk, TA Digital, Deloitte, Modak Analytics, Kanerika Software, ZeMoso are recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: The labs and library are very good to see and learn from. There are many systems and books. We can easily achieve knowledge from it. The hostel was very collaborative with friends and classmates. The food is awesome. And good to eat. Well-equipped labs, digital classrooms, and comfortable hostels with good facilities supported our learning journey.
Faculty: The teachers are good at explanation and teaching with relevant examples, they have enough knowledge to share. Experienced faculty, updated curriculum, and regular exams ensure strong learning and practical knowledge. Skilled faculty, updated syllabus, and timely exams ensure both academic depth and practical application. Dedicated professors, industry-focused curriculum, and fair exams built strong technical and analytical skills. Expert guidance, modern curriculum, and regular assessment enhanced both knowledge and confidence.
Other: My course is CSE. It is a major course in B.Tech. Placements are good at CSE. Learning languages and frameworks, etc., is good enough in CSE. There is no regular fest. Some fests are conducted.

It has good staff and learning. The campus life is good and not so restricted as other colleges.
Placements: As the software industry is facing a recession, few jobs are available. Placements are not up to the mark as expected in our college, and it may increase in the future. Our course consists of all the main streams of Computer Science that are studied throughout 8 semesters.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The college area is spread over 30 acres of land. The hostel is very good with well-maintained rules and good security. The food served is better than PG hostels. The security will not send outside until we get permission from parents. They will take attendance at night in each room.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful and well-experienced. Many teachers are PhD holders, and they have enough experience. They will guide us in making real-time projects, and we can ask any doubts to our faculty members either online or offline. We are also assigned a mentor.
