The college is a reputed institute, and can be improved more to get the first position.
Placements: In our course, around 50-60% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 PLA. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Blackridge, etc., visit our campus. Almost 30-40% of students get internships at Wipro, Oorja Energy Services, etc. The top role offered is trainee engineer.
Infrastructure: Our college provides all facilities. Digital classrooms are available. Wi-Fi is available. Computer labs and CAD/CAM labs are provided. A library and private canteen are available. A health center is available on campus for any kind of emergency. CBSE has a combined hostel for MGIT and CBIT students with all basic facilities.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They are experts in their respective fields. The teaching quality is good. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is 80-85%.
Other: I chose this course because it is versatile. It includes 60% of mechanical, 25% of electronics, and 15% of computer subjects. The college needs to replace old lab equipment and remove irrelevant experiments from the course. Every year, a college fest is conducted for three days called NIRVANA. Scholarships are provided only to special-caste candidates. There are various clubs provided for different kinds of interests, like dancing, singing, the arts, etc.

Great infrastructure but lack of placements

Placements: Around 50% of students get placements. As far as I know, the highest package is around 15 lacs and the least is 1 lac. The top recruiter is Byjus, TCS, etc. Having a hope of getting an internship from college is useless. We have very less or no internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is pretty good. We have Wi-Fi facilities at the gym and library. Classrooms are neat and digitalized. The library is equipped with all the necessary books. I have no clue about the hostel facility but I heard it ain't that good. The canteen food is great and tasty. We have both indoor and outdoor sports.
Faculty: The teachers who teach us are very well qualified. Most of the teachers are friendly except for a few who are good at teaching but the way they teach is outdated and they are not good at student relations. Well no college can make students industry ready but I can say with little effort from the student side they can be industry ready

- Read moreCandidate must have passed 10+2 Examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry(PCM) as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from academic year 2000-2002 onwards, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidate must have scored minimum mentioned marks in the subjects specified (PCM) taken together at 10+2 pattern. (40% marks for candidates belongs reserved Category in the subjects specified (PCM) taken together at 10+2 pattern). Appearing candidates for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with same above subjects, are also eligible.

Mechatronics is an advanced branch of engineering. It is very high in demand. So, it is very good branch choice. The students usually work in field of robotics and industrial automation. So, choose a good college if you can.
