LUACMAT Application Form 2025: Last Date (May 31), Registration Fees & Process

Know how to fill LUACMAT application form:

1. Visit NPGC website, admission.npgc.in
2. Click 'Apply Online'
3. Click 'Fill Application Form'
4. Read all instructions to know the guidelines to complete registration
5. Fill personal information and past academic record.
6. The appearing window depicts the application ID and password, click on the link reading 'Click here for Step II'
7. Upload photograph and signature in the specified formats
8. Pay LUACMAT application fee
9. Print the application form confirmation page for future references

All applicants are issued LUACMAT admit card.

Check below the list of self-attested copies of important documents candidates must submit at the time of the LUACMAT 2025 application process:

1. Certificates of Class 10 and Class 12 or equivalent examinations
2. Marksheet of the last examination passed
3. Character certificate issued by the Head of the passing institute
4. Recent passport size photograph and signature

Check specifications to upload documents in LUACMAT form below:

• Scanned images of photograph and Signature should be in jpg/jpeg format only
• Size of the photo image must be greater than 20 kb and less than 50 kb
• Size of the signature image must be greater than 1 kb and less than 20 kb
• Size of the mark sheet image must be less than 200 kb
