Maharashtra HSC Topper 2021 list is usually released along with the release of the Maharashtra HSC Results 2021. Maharashtra Class 12 toppers 2021 list will include the details such as topper’s name, rank and marks in Maha HSC exams. Maharashtra HSC toppers 2021 list will be released for Science, Arts and Commerce streams separately.
This year, however, the Board may decide not to release the Mah HSC toppers list 2021 in absence of exams. The MSBSHSE declared the Maharashtra HSC Results today, i.e. on August 3. Students can check their Maharashtra Board Class 12 result 2021 at mahresult.nic.in. The Maharashtra Board HSC results, this year, are calculated on the basis of alternative evaluation criteria due to the cancellation of Mah 12th Board Exams 2021. According to the evaluation technique decided by Maharashtra Board, a maximum of 100 marks will be awarded for each subject according to the following break-up:

Q: When will the Maharashtra HSC result 2021 be declared?
A: The Maharashtra HSC result is expected to be declared by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) by July 15, 2021.
Q: How will I come to know when the Maharashtra HSC result is released?
A: Once the Maharashtra HSC result is prepared, the date of the announcement of result is decided by the Board. This date is announced on the official website. The Board may appraise the test takers through email and SMS.
Q: How shall I check the Maharashtra HSC 2021 result?
A: The students have to visit the official website and enter their Maharashtra HSC 2021 Roll Number and mother’s name in the appropriate fields and click on the ‘Submit’ tab. After that, they have to download the scorecard or save it in a requisite file format and take multiple prints.
Q: How can I get the hard copy of my Maharashtra HSC result?
A: The hard copy of the official mark sheet of the Maharashtra HSC will be handed over to the students once the schools reopen. Prior to that, the online scorecard of the Maharashtra HSC exam will serve as the mark sheet.
Q: Can I request the Board to send my Maharashtra HSC mark sheet to my home by post?
A: No, the MSBSHSE does not send the hard copy of the Maharashtra HSC mark sheet to the test takers’ residence by post. Candidates have to download the mark sheet from the official website or the MSBSHSE eMarksheet portal.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with my result? Is there any way I can get the scores reviewed by the Board?
A: The candidates may apply for re-evaluation of their answer scripts online, by submitting a re-evaluation application form to Departmental Secretary, MSBSHSE. The re-evaluation fee per subject is Rs 300. The Board will re-evaluate the answers of the applied subjects and issue the updated marks.
Q: What is the difference between verification and re-evaluation?
A: The re-evaluation of the marks refers to the rechecking process of the answer script, which would include each question and answer. Each of the answers will be critically reviewed and remarked accordingly. However, it is not mandatory that the marks would be altered after the re-evaluation process, which would be the discretion. On the other hand, verification means recalculating the subject wise and total marks. In the verification process, the cumulative marks are calculated once again to ensure that the total marks obtained mentioned in the final Maharashtra HSC result are accurate.
Q: How can I apply for verification of marks?
A: Candidates have to apply for the Maharashtra HSC result verification process online and submit the filled-in form to the Departmental Secretary, MSBSHSE along with the requisite documents or enclosures. The verification application fee is Rs 50 per subject.
Q: Will I be able to access my evaluated answer scripts?
A: Yes, candidates may request for the evaluated answer scripts of Maharashtra HSC 2021 exam while applying for the verification process. The fee for the copy per evaluated answer script is Rs 400.
Q: What if I am unable to pass in some of the subjects?
A: The candidates who are unable to pass in one or more paper have to appear for re-examination for those subjects. After they appear for the re-exam and clear the backlogs, a fresh mark sheet will be issued with the revised marks.
