Good college for placements and infrastructure and for great experience.
Placements: College gives 100% placement, and for the course I chose, it's nice. The highest package is 27 LPA, and the average is about 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Most recruiting companies are Capgemini, Godrej, TCS, Infosys, etc., our college gives virtual internships from 1 year onwards to all students. The role offered was a CEO.
Infrastructure: The facilities available in college are Wi-Fi-enabled campus, more than 10 computer labs, and air-conditioned classrooms. The library is also air-conditioned, the college has 2 cafes and 1 canteen, the food is very good and available all the time. There are first aid boxes on every floor and a turf to play cricket and other games.
Faculty: The teachers are good and helpful they help in every way possible, they never deny to help. The course is quite relevant as it focuses more on technical aspects, not on coding, although it makes a student industry-ready. The semester exams are way tougher than the unit tests in college, mostly. 85% of students pass.
Other: The course I chose is very computer-based as it focuses on more digital fields, and in the current time, digital knowledge is more important. The course needs to focus more on digital and make students available to more new knowledge. The events in college are very good and cool, the crowd is also good, there are various scholarships, one of which I got too, it's EBC, and there are also various extra activities like Antarang, etc.

Empowering careers with strong placements and supportive faculty.
Placements: In my course, approximately 60-80% of students secure placements annually. The highest package in my college is 26 LPA, while the lowest ranges between 3-4 LPA, with an average package of 5-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. All students secure internships in his entire course; for this, colleges are very concerned about it. The most common roles offered are software developer, data analyst, system engineer, IT consultant, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for my course is well modern, equipped with classrooms, laboratories, a well-stocked library, and full campus-wide Wi-Fi is available. By the way, the college does not have its own hostel facilities, but it assists students in finding suitable accommodation nearby. The college promotes extracurricular activities.
Faculty: The faculty of my college are well qualified, knowledgeable, and very friendly in nature, approaching guidance to students. The teaching quality is good, mixed with theoretical & practical concepts. The curriculum is moderately relevant, covering all aspects like industry-based knowledge. The college exam is conducted by Mumbai University.

Thane is a place in Maharastra Mubau, pls add it and edit accordingly.
Placements: In my course 2023-2024 batch around 40-50 students, which is about 30%, are placed. The highest salary package offered is 26 LPA and the average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Around 35 companies visited in 2023-2024, which is less than the previous batches. Top recruiting companies like TCS, IBM, Hexaware, and Capgemini visited this year. Also, one thing I didn't like about this college is that they don't provide any internships for the students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is nice. Labs are well-maintained, and library is also good, but at times it can be very crowded. Wi-Fi is excellent. Students sometimes need to wait outside the classroom (before or after lectures) if the cleaner is cleaning the room. There is no special ground or space for sports activities. The mess and canteen offer a variety of foods, and quality is also very good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, but only a few faculty members are not willing to engage with students' problems. Management of the college is not good, and faculty members are mostly never on time. Course curriculum is not very relevant and does not make students industry-ready. For that, they provide additional courses and certificates. Faculty members often complete the course portion in a hurry.

APSIT : Excellent infrastructure and supportive faculty, but limited campus space.
Placements: In BE (Information Technology), only 40%–50% of students got placed in various companies. Our college has an average placement record, so please don't rely solely on the college for placements. The highest package offered was for TCS Digital, which was around 7 LPA; however, TCS placement was through TCS NQT, so do not consider this as a college placement. The highest package offered by Aurionpro was around 4.5 LPA, the lowest was around 3 LPA, and the average was maybe around 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were KPMG, Finoux Solutions, Hexaware, Aurionpro, Amukha Technologies, Snapwork, Calculuc Technologies, Parametrix, MCX CCL, Neosoft, etc.
Infrastructure: No idea about the hostel as I preferred to travel daily to the college by bus, which was only 15 minutes from my residence. The quality of food in the canteen was good; they provided fresh and hygienic food. Also, fruit juices are available. The first aid kit is only there in case of medical emergencies. There is a Boys' Common Room (BCR) and a Girls' Common Room (GCR) where games like carrom and table tennis are available. There is a turf on the campus where box cricket and open underarm cricket can be played. There is no gym at APSIT.
Faculty: All the teachers and faculty members are very helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, and have great teaching skills, with the exception of one or two. They have very good teaching skills, and carrying out laboratory experiments was quite enjoyable to learn. The semester exams are organized by the university, so they do not depend on the college. However, teachers are strict during the examination session. The passing percentage of final year students in the IT branch was 98%, as only 2 students failed.
Other: I chose IT Engineering because I found it easy to make a career in IT. However, I enjoyed learning my course as it offers many career opportunities and is in high demand. The best thing about IT is that it provides comprehensive knowledge, problem-solving skills, hands-on experience, strong skill development, and a strong job market. If there were areas to improve, I would suggest industry collaboration and personalized learning, which would offer more flexibility in course content. Events in the college include Garba celebrations, IT Week, Exalt events, etc. The campus crowd is high as it is one of the most famous engineering colleges in Thane. Connectivity is good, as it is 30-40 minutes from Thane railway station and 1 hour from Borivali by bus. The campus surroundings are excellent; McDonald's and Decathlon are just opposite the college. Scholarships like TFWS (90% of the fee) are available on a merit basis, while EWS (40% of the fee) is available for economic backwardness. For extracurricular activities, you can participate in the APSIT wing, where you can get roles such as event manager, sports secretary, etc.

Faculty: The faculty of our college was well qualified and knowledgeable. The college has an experienced faculty for our course. Teaching at the college was above average. Course curriculum makes the students industry-ready. Exams at the college were not very hard to pass.

The discussed view of the A. P. Shah Institute of Technology.
Placements: In my college, there is campus placement support, and they also provide an internship. In our college, it is mandatory to complete one internship per semester. AICTE does provide us with internships. Our college is affiliated with AICTE. Our highest package is INR 25 LPA, and our average is INR 5 LPA. Overall, our college is good.
Infrastructure: The main thing I like about this college is the infrastructure and facilities they provide. Every classroom is air-conditioned and has a projector in it. But the college doesn't have hostel facilities. This is something you have to do by yourself. But our college has a canteen facility where you can eat whatever you want. Our college also has an e-library for all students.
Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified and very supportive, especially when I want to highlight the math mam. She is very good when it comes to teaching; her name is Nancy mam. She is the most supportive teacher I have ever seen. And our college has two units per semester. The course is designed in such a way that they make students industry-ready, but still, at the end, it all depends on how much a student grasps the content. The exams are not that difficult to pass; if you study daily, then you are ready to go.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am highly interested in IT and wanted to do something in this industry and make a revolution in it to represent my country globally. The course will be completed in 2027. My main concern is only that why should we learn all this non-teaching-related subject in our first year? Instead, we can learn new technology, but this has nothing to do with the college because it's a government problem and they are supposed to solve it. We don't have many events, as our college campus is not so big for doing such things. But we do OJUS events.
