Poor college, don't join this college at all, every placement and good education is a drama here.
Placements: All placement records are fake, don't believe them just will take money, and they will not provide proper placement training. That trainer will ask to play Antakshari instead of real company-based placement training. That placement officer is one of the worst officers that I have come through my life.
Infrastructure: Our college has average library, and some toilets are not at all clean. But the main principal and CSE floor toilets are well maintained. Rest toilets are not clean at all, mainly the library. They have not cleaned at all in years. Please avoid this, the worst college at any cost and save your precious time.
Faculty: Except for HOD and some experienced lecturers, the rest are not up to the mark, mainly in CSE. One person named Venkatesh Kumar will act like student with his own property, not properly reaching knowledge at all. All staffs here are not knowledgeable. Avoid joining this college.
Other: Fest and celebration are okay.

Dissatisfied with few things like placements but it is okay.
Placements: 50% of students were placed in our course. Most of them were placed in non-teaching roles. The highest package was 6 LPA for tech and 9 LPA for non-tech. The lowest salary was 2.5 LPA. The average package was 3.5 LPA. Cognizant was the example. Top recruiting companies were less. 50% of students got internships at Cognizant. Roles offered were software developer, BDA, etc.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries were okay. Washrooms were also better. The mess food was better after we complained. There were only certain people who maintained hygiene there. Canteen food was not okay. Medical facilities were okay. Sports and games were better.
Faculty: Only few teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. For them, I can give 10/10. But others weren't. Course curriculum was relevant. But when the teaching was at its top then only students could get industry-ready. Semester exams were quite difficult. My CGPA was 8.7.
Other: I chose this course because of my parents. I did not have any regrets. The best thing was that I got to know about software. Instead of textbook reading, I wanted more practical than theoretical experience. I participated in all events. It was fun since our classmates were there.

This college gives us a degree with no skills.
Placements: Placements are not up to the mark. Only some students get placed that too with a very low package. There are only a less companies that conduct placements in our college. There are only startups coming for the placements in ACS College of Engineering.
Infrastructure: Labs are average. Wi-Fi is available but doesn't connect or work properly. Hostel food is below average. The library is average. The canteen is below average, and there is no proper hygienic food in the canteen. Classrooms are average with a decent place for students.
Faculty: HODs, teachers, and a principal do not support any non-curriculum activities. VTU semester exams are conducted very strictly. Some teachers simply read the whole presentation they have prepared or downloaded from any other sources on the internet.
Other: Network connectivity is very low in and around the college. There are not many fests in the college. Volunteers have to fall behind HOD for a month to conduct any events.

Review of ACS College of Engineering.
Placements: The placement opportunities at this college are very poor. Around 10% of students were placed. There were no internships offered. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, while the lowest salary package is 2.3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Additionally, no top companies recruit from this college.
Infrastructure: The food provided for hostellers is good. The lecturers mentioned during the admission process that they would provide Wi-Fi for every student, but we still haven’t received the password. Additionally, the laboratories are not well-equipped; some systems are not in working condition, and overall, the labs need improvement.
Faculty: Lecturers get jobs in this college by influence. Students know more than lectures. If you ask doubt they will tell you tomorrow I will answer this and leave the class. Half of the faculty is tamilian they don't know single word kannada to communicate with local students.
Other: They don't provide scholarships. Events and fests are not held in this college. The college isn't worth the money paid.

B.E. in Biomedical Engineering - Batch of 2026
    3.8

Above Average as placements are guaranteed, faculty is excellent with good infrastructure.
Placements: 100% placement. Since we are biomedical engineers, 80% got placed in a hospital; the rest went to various biomedical companies like GE Healthcare, etc. All students bagged internships at NIMHANS, GE Healthcare, Siemens, RR Medical College, Fortis, Apollo, etc. The lowest package offered was 2.5L for a biomedical technician; other roles like manager were up to 5L.
Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi, labs, and classrooms, and every week, we are taken to the hospital (starting from the 5th semester), and the doctors and biomedical engineers explain how they use the equipment in real-time. Medical facilities are excellent because it is beside a hospital, but the food quality in the hostel is below average. Students constantly fall sick; sometimes, insects are found in the food, mainly in the girls' hostel. In the boys' hostel, the food is a little above average. Sports and games are supported, but there is no coach for anything; we have to do it ourselves. There is only one coach for the whole college.
Faculty: The teachers in our department all have Ph.D.s. They are qualified and very helpful, and their teaching is excellent. The curriculum is very relevant and makes students industry-ready. We have external training for a week every few months, where biomedical engineers come in with equipment to show us how to use and dismantle it. The semester exams are made incredibly easy because of our teachers. They give us the important questions and tell us exactly how to study and what to study. With a little hard work, you'll ace the exams.
Other: The only thing I don't enjoy at this college is the events. ACS is very bad at hosting events, whether it's a fest or the Chairman's Trophy. Other aspects are pretty good. Biomedical engineering is one of the best courses; it's a combination of engineering and healthcare, and it's the fastest-growing industry at the moment.

Overpriced and overwhelming: Avoid this college. No placements and an uninspiring life.
Placements: There are no placements, even if there are, they are all in non-tech fields. The percentage of students placed this year is below 20%. To non-tech, none of the major companies come to our college, and the lowest package provided is around 2 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, but it's not as expected. I was not in the college hostel, but my friend used to say it's better to stay in the PG rather than in the hostel. The Wi-Fi is too slow in the college, like less than 10 Mbps, and a limit of 5 GB per month. The canteen food is not at all good, most students avoid canteens.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and are willing to help in any situation, even if the teachers or the faculty are ready, the management is not at all ready for making the student industry-ready. The semester exams are all easy because the model QP and teachers. Pass percentage is like 84%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a software developer. The best things about the course are that you can learn from others and improve, and teach others. I would wish for the support from the management to provide any cultural events and activities so that the students can improve. There is only one event, the fest, which is Arohana. Apart from that, there is nothing, no freshers, and no graduation.
