Completely satisfied, good placements in 2023, amazing infrastructure and best faculty .
Placements: Around 75-80% of students are placed in the Computer Science branch. Since ours is Computer Science and Internet of Things, this course was introduced last year, and ours is the first batch. So, I hope our placement will also be as good as the core CS branch. The highest package was around 50 LPA in CS. The average package is 7-8 LPA in CS. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Flipkart, Tata, and many more. Many of us got internships at Wipro and Cognizant. Top roles offered are Software Developer, Web Developer, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome. There are many facilities, such as Wi-Fi in the library. The labs are well-equipped with the latest technologies. The library is excellent; it contains a digital library as well. There are many books available for reference. The hostel facility is also good. The food is average. Although not much attention is given to sports and games, our college does have a ground where we can practice. There are around five canteens on campus, offering all types of food and snacks.
Faculty: The teachers and professors are double graduates as well as triple graduates. The teachers are very cooperative and help students all the time. They are also available on campus during college hours. The teaching quality is excellent. Everything is taught from the basics, and we can always approach teachers whenever we are in need. The course curriculum helps students learn skills and prepares them for the industry. We can easily acquire skills through the prescribed curriculum. The semester exams are not that difficult, but they do require effort from students. There will be three internals and a semester exam for each semester. The best two out of three internals are averaged to 50 and used to determine eligibility for writing the semester exams.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in Computer Science and coding. The best thing about our course is that it includes both hardware and software. The number of faculty members needs to be improved in our course. There is an annual fest called Utsav conducted every year; it is a cultural fest. Additionally, there is a technical fest conducted each year called Phase Shift. There are many clubs where students can join technical or extracurricular clubs based on their interests.

Overall, BMSCE is a good college.
Placements: Around 80% of students are placed in the college. The highest package is around 40 lakhs per annum and the average is around 8 lakhs per annum. The lowest package offers around 3 lakhs. Amazon, HP, Benz, and Mahindra are among the top recruiters. Top roles are SD1 and at least 50% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available to students throughout the campus and hostel. Labs are well-equipped and well-maintained. BMS has a beautiful library and fantastic classrooms for attending classes. The mess serves medium-quality food and the campus has at least 10 canteens.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and polite to all of the students. Teachers are well-qualified and have a lot of knowledge. Of course, the course curriculum is relevant and helps a lot to students to be industry-ready. The semester exams are of medium level and the pass percentage is about 60%.
Other: I have a great interest in Computer Science and Engineering and software development projects. Of course, it is full of knowledge, enjoyable, and a great learning experience.

A really good college with good people.
Placements: Placements were decent, but due to layoffs, it was very difficult to grab one. However, the college provided placements. The average was around 12 LPA. Placement training is also provided, which is very helpful for students. I saw many students getting placed in good companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good. Well-organized classes and labs. Hostels are very good and in good condition, where you can explore many things. Apart from college fests, we have a hostel fest too, which is very exciting. Courses offered are also good, but a few subjects are irrelevant.
Faculty: The faculty is good, or I can say a few of them are extremely good; they have sound knowledge. The faculty is also very helpful, except for a few. Most of them are Ph.D. holders, but to be honest, many don't have good teaching skills, and this is where it lacks. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Review of BMS College of Engineering.
Placements: Everyone from the circuit branches was placed, and other departments depend on the students' skill set. Most of the companies are for software development, business development, and a few for non-teaching roles for my branch. Many students got internships for 6 months.
Infrastructure: College has good infrastructure and facilities with good ventilation inside the classroom and big enough to accommodate all of us. We had good labs with nice Wi-Fi connection. We had 3 libraries, which was great. The quality of food is great, and we have small grounds to play.
Faculty: The lecturers were highly qualified and had good experience. They were teaching great and provided a lot of support to our upcoming through projects. The course covers most of the current industry topics. The semester exams were easy to pass, but little effort is needed to get good grades.
Other: I choose the course because I like coding, and the course has no hardware subjects. The college gives equal importance to events and fests also.
