For 2025 academic year, Aditya Institute of Technology and Management offers a total of 1,440 BTech seats across various specialisations. The highest number of seats are available in BTech Computer Science and Engineering. Seats will be allocated on the basis of scoreard of JEE Main, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, Andhra Pradesh ECET. 

AITAM BTech programme seat intake is as follows: BTech in Computer Science and Engineering has the highest intake with 360 seats. The exam is conducted in two sessions which allow students for dual attempt in the same year. Appearing for both the JEE sessions is considered wise so as to increase admission chances.
