AITAM BTech scholarships includes the Pragati Scholarship Scheme offered by AICTE. It is awarded to support girl students pursuing technical degrees. For 2025 academic year, Aditya Institute of Technology and Management offers a total of 1,440 BTech seats across various specialisations. The highest number of seats are available in BTech Computer Science and Engineering. Seats will be allocated on the basis of scoreard of JEE Main, Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, Andhra Pradesh ECET.
