Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognised institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile. Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply. |

- Read moreBasic Eligibility Criteria: Candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (12th standard), Senior Secondary Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education or any other examination within scope and standard found to be equivalent to the Senior Secondary Examination of a recognized Indian Board / University with at least three subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology and Agriculture/Inter-Agriculture as core courses, from a recognized Institute/ University. Candidate must secure the mentioned marks in aggregate. (Mentioned marks of OBC is for OBC- NCL, 50% is required for UPS, EWS categories and 40% is required for Third Gender, PwBD categories. Candidate already appeared in the qualifying examination enumerated above, can also apply on evidence basis. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must have studied PCM as essential subjects at 12th Standard. NOTE: Candidate(s) who appears in subject(s) different than the one which s(he) passed in 12th standard will not be considered for admission.
