AIIMS Delhi admission for each course differs from another one. However, the steps remain common which are to register for the course-specific entrance, appear for the exam-specific counselling process and then final seat allotment for the shortlisted students.
1: AIIMS Delhi Application Process 2025
AIIMS Delhi application process differs with every course offered by the college. While, there are a few programmes for which the application must be submitted on the official website, programmes such as MBBS need no college-level application form.
- MBBS: Students seeking admission to MBBS are required to apply via the NEET UG entrance exam.
- MD/ MS/ MDS/ MCh/ DM: For admission to the PG courses, except for MSc, students are required to apply via the official website of INICET.
- MSc/ BSc/ PhD: For these courses, interested candidates can visit the official website of AIIMS Delhi and apply online.
2: Selection

3: AIIMS Delhi Cutoff
Candidates must score equal or above the AIIMS Delhi cutoff for admission. Below is the course-wise previous year cutoff:

4: Counselling
Aspirants are allotted seats through the respective entrance exam counselling. The seats in MBBS programme is allotted via MCC Counselling. Candidates need to participate in INI CET Counselling for MD, MS, MCh and DM courses. Those who are allotted seat need to confirm their admission by paying the course fee.
AIIMS Delhi Fee 2025
AIIMS Delhi fee has multiple components, out of which some are paid one-time, while others are paid semester-wise. The components include tuition fee, caution deposit, hostel and mess charges, etc. Aspirants are required to pay this fee at the time of admission and then semester-wise. Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible if applying for courses such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others, apart from MBBS. AIIMS Delhi offers a two-year MSc course is offered across multiple specialisations. The institute offers MSc, MSc Nursing and MBiotechnology programmes at the PG level. The two-year MSc programme is spread across four semesters. Candidates need to pass an institute-level entrance exam for admission to MSc. Yes, AIIMS does offer admission to NRI students. However, there is no seat reserved for them. Seats are available across every course offered at AIIMS Delhi and the requirement for admission across all courses is also similar to that of domestic students applying for the course.
- MBBS: There is no seat reserved for OCI and NRI candidates. Foreign candidates must have atleast 60% aggregate with PCB and English in Class 12 or equivalent.

AIIMS Delhi Nursing cutoff 2024 was released for admission to BSc and MSc specialisations in nursing. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to All India and Home State quota candidates.
