AIIMS Delhi MS Eligibility & Highlights 2025
AIIMS Delhi offers full-time MD/ MS in various specialisations at PG level. Candidates applying to MD/ MS must have completed 12 months of compulsory rotating Internship/ Practical training on or before July 30 of the year of admission.
Eligibility criteria: Candidate must hold MBBS degree of a university recognised by Medical Council of India/ Dental Council of India with 55% aggregate marks in case of General & OBC and 50% aggregate marks in case of SC/ ST category
Selection criteria:
- Admission to MD/ MS is based on the scores obtained in INICET
- A total of 123 seats are offered under MD/MS
