Choose a college that makes you an engineer, not just a degree holder.

Placements: 5 percent of students were placed and the average package was only 2 LPA with startup companies hiring. No top companies visited the college. The college had collaborated with some companies and arranged internships, but students had to pay for them, and those internships were not even worthy.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facility was available, but mobile network signals were not frequent, making it hard to find a signal on campus. Classrooms were limited, but the library, which was recently constructed, was good and provided a comfortable environment. Labs were there, but the facilities were not as good as were average. Hostel facilities were available, but there were frequent water and power issues. The college had a nurse, but only for 2 to 3 hours, and the medical equipment was limited. They did not prioritize sports much.

Faculty: Teachers were not highly qualified. Only a few were experienced, and the others just went with the flow and managed. Practical sessions were not emphasized much. They were just for the namesake. Special classes for communication were conducted, but students had to pay for them. The college was under Anna University, and the pass percentage was average. Even if we performed well, the university would sometimes fail students randomly. For revaluation, we had to pay Rs. 1,000 per paper, and even then, the chances of passing were low.

Other: I selected CSE because I liked computers and wanted to be software developer so I chose it. On campus I joined NCC which helped me a lot in developing my leadership qualities and patience. Fests were quite rare and the campus was located outside the city surrounded by villages and fields.

Best place for engineering students.

Placements: 50% of the students are placed in my course. 3.5 LPA is the highest salary package from our department, and 2.5 LPA is the average package for our course. Face solution, Ardinno, hotfoot technology, meha technology, robotics, etc. are the top recruiters.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, libraries, AI labs, innovative labs, open theaters, high-facility classrooms, and smart classrooms are available. South Indian food menu is offered with tea, coffee, cake, buffs, ice cream, noodles, etc. Medical facilities are available. Cricket, football, chess, volleyball, handball and badminton are the sports available.

Faculty: The best teaching is provided by faculty members at my college because the teacher has cared for all students personally and motivated them. The staff is working hard to ensure the future of the students by identifying which students are interested in which activities. .

Other: My goal is to be a software engineer. My staff is the best because they treat us well. The college should increase practical classes. Lots of events were conducted from our management side.
