It is good for students to study at this college. It has a nice environment and friendly staff.

Placements: Above 70% of CGPA is eligible for placement, and good communication skills are also required. More companies are interested in placing students from our Arunai College of Engineering. The maximum is above Rs.25,000 are paid to each student.

Infrastructure: There is good infrastructure, a good environment, clean water facilities, restrooms, and washrooms are always cleaned. The laboratories are well-designed and have lots of equipment for more than 100 students to use at the same time. There are also neat benches and blackboards.

Faculty: In our Arunai Engineering College, the staff have more than 10 to 15 years of experience in their fields and also have good English communication skills, teaching skills with proper clarification, and doubt-solving. They also help students understand the syllabus.

Other: I chose computer science engineering because it will be helpful for me, and faculty members teach every program with live examples for better understanding.

Value for money and useful for local students.

Placements: Only 20% of students are placed. The highest salary package was 3 lakhs per annum. No top recruiting companies for the course. No other students got placed in the internship program. Juniors developed only the top roles placed in my college. I suggest improving your skills and getting a job on your own.

Infrastructure: All the facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, library, labs, and restrooms are good and maintained properly. The hostel is nice; it provides medical facilities, a canteen, and sports and games, which are useful to reduce mental stress for hostel students. The food provided by the hostel is of medium quality.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but they are not in the current trend. The teaching quality and syllabus are old. The course is not curriculum-relevant and is not making students industry-ready. The semester exams are very nice and easy because it is an autonomous college. The pass percentage is 50% out of 100, and it can be combined with practical marks.

Arunai Engineering College is really the best college.

Placements: Arunai Engineering College is the best placement college in Tamil Nadu. Every year above 90% of students are placed in more reputed companies like Yamaha, TVS, IBM, Accenture, and Infosys. These companies offer more job opportunities to this college’s students. The salary package is INR 4-8 Lacs per year.

Infrastructure: This college's infrastructure facilities are excellent. More comfortable classrooms are available in this college. Hi-tech laboratories are available in this college. This college's hostel facilities are very good, and hygienic food is available in the hostels. More sports ground facilities are available in this college.

Faculty: This college's teachers are very friendly and helpful people. They are more experienced in the teaching profession. They conduct more extracurricular activities and industry visit programs every semester. They conduct more model exams every month. So, above 90% of students pass in all exams.

Other: This college's course and curriculum are excellent. More courses are available in this college. The college management conducts more cultural events every semester. This college gives more scholarships to well-performing students.

Like a mini university with various courses.

Placements: It was a famous engineering college in the Tiruvannamalai district. Nearly 100 companies are approaching our companies for placements. Some of the top recruiting companies at our college are TCS, Infosys, Sutherland, L&T and so on. They are also providing opportunities to students.

Infrastructure: It was a famous and very old college of engineering in our district. The buildings were very constructive here. All the classrooms were very spacious for air-ventilation and some classes were air-conditioned. There is a very big canteen and they are providing high-quality foods.

Faculty: The lectures presented here were helpful and supportive. But they are not very experienced, as they mostly focus on covering the syllabus on time. But they never care about students problems and issues. It's very easy to clear semester examinations.

A college that makes everyone stay forever happy.

Placements: Almost 80% of our catchment placed in reputed IT Companies and me placed in Infosys and my friends got placed in HCL, CTS and other big MNC'S. Too good placement officer who gives more valuable tips to get placed in companies and motivates us if we miss opportunities too.

Infrastructure: Have great lab facilities to learn new things and helps us to grow in new technologies conducted. Many workshops and many symposiums and meeting conference on new technologies so that student get knowledge on the subject and very big libraries with lots of collection of books.

Faculty: Highly qualified and very friendly teachers who always make us learn new technologies. Teachers to get knowledge on the subject and they used to encourage us when we get failed and next time that encouragement makes us get success.

The college has good infrastructure.

Placements: Many top software companies visit our college for campus placements every year. Almost 90% of the students get paced. I also got selected in one of the top companies, and the companies offered salary packages between 10-15 lacs per annum. Around 80% of the students got internships from the college, and the stipend offered was Rs. 15,000 to 25,000 per month. There is a placement cell in the college, and it is very useful for students to gain more knowledge.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good when compared to other colleges. There are good computer labs having a capacity of 500 systems. The canteen food is of good quality and tasty and also at a low price. The hostel blocks have a capacity of 200 rooms. I didn't face any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college.

Faculty: Teaching faculty members are excellent and helpful for students at every time, and they guide the students well. They often use smart classes for easy understanding of students. Overall, the course curriculum was very useful for my career and gaining more knowledge.

Other: The college conducts sports day, cultural day and department functions every year. Other college students also participate in them and get prizes from the management.

Our college infrastructure is good.

Placements: Our senior batch students got good placement. 2015 senior batch students got an amazing placement. The placements slowly started decreasing. Nearly 75 to 80 percent of the students were placed. The maximum package they offered was 4-5 lakhs per annum, and the minimum package they offered was 1-2 lakhs per annum by some of the good companies and some small companies. The companies like TCS, Paypal, Zoho, etc. nearly 40 to 50 percent of the students get an internship from our college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi surrounded the campus, but no mobiles were allowed inside the campus. The libraries have more than 3000 books. Every kind of books is available. There is a first-aid room where we get some medical facilities. We stand first in all the sports and game in Vellore. We have a cricket team that wins all the inter-college matches. For each department, we have their labs. Our computer lab has more than 100 computer and good internet facility. The canteen food is not good. For any urgent, we can get the food from the canteen. The hostel rooms are perfect. The hostel with Wi-Fi facility. Till now we didn't face any infrastructure related affairs.

Faculty: The faculty members were good in teaching, and the way of interacting with the students is good were a friendly move towards us not only teaching but entertain us in our college. The faculty members are good and qualified. The teaching methods are same as the other engineering colleges. They give extra notes to read. The student to faculty ratio is 2:1. Till now we haven't got any industry exposure. It will be started soon they said. The course curriculum is usefull we getting our skills improved.

Other: Our college has a green environment. Our college centre is also maintaining our discipline and the campus maintenance. Our college has a dress code for both the genders and they are strict to this type of discipline. In our campus, both genders can talk. Each department has an individual block supervisor they take care of the cleanliness and discipline of there block.

Other: Only thing to describe about is good Infrastructure. Other than this nothing to say on positive front. The placement facilities are very worst and everything they mentioned about recruitment in their college website is completely fake. Only few BPO comes and they never assure you. The Staff is also of mediocre talents. Just recite what they mugged up in class.
