The college is highly appreciated for its participation in the engineering sector.
Placements: Maximum 40% of placements are available in our college. The highest package offered in our college is 7 LPA by Josh Technology Group. Only farewell and fresher parties are organised by students. The college has a strong placement cell that is filled with all the requirements and trained professional. The college plays a major role in the placements of students. Various big companies come to campus for placements, and some of them are Infosys Technologies, Microsoft, Wipro etc.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are good, and I spent my four years in the hostel. Maximum three students can share a room, which has an attached bathroom as well. RO water facilities are available. A cafeteria is available outside the hostel, but the food in the mess is good. Overall, it was a good experience.
Faculty: I want to become an electrical engineer, and this is one of the best colleges in my town. Faculty members are very friendly and supportive, and they help the students in any way for study. They are well qualified. Their teaching method is very good. CSE is a good course. Exams are conducted 8 times in 4 years, and we have 2 semesters per year. You can say that it is the easiest engineering course that you can take. Other courses are also good, and the exams are taken in the same way.
Other: Exams are well managed and well distributed. Well equipped labs are available for practicals. There are two labs for each subject. We have 3 internals and one annual external exams each semester.

A good college for pursuing degree. It provides good facilities and knowledge to students.
Placements: Only 3-4 students of my seniors batch got placements in major companies with a package of 3-4 LPA. Placements in our college are low because of the low pass percentage of students. If all the students cleared their exams, the dean of our college promises as many placements as possible.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It provides free Wi-Fi. It has upgraded labs and fully air-conditioned classrooms. We have a projector in every smart classroom. The library of our college has many books on the same subject with 4-5 authors. The hostel food is average.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are helpful. They are highly qualified. They have knowledge about their related subjects. The teaching quality is good. They use a blackboard, as well as presentation slides to teach the students. Every semester, we get industry exposure.
Other: Every month, many programs are conducted on our campus. At the beginning of the year, our college conducts an international fest named, VIBGYOR.

Go for this College if you really want to work hard on your own and keep yourself busy.
Placements: Placements is a tough scene when it comes to this college. The best companies come for the MBA course and for CSE and IT branches of B.Tech. A few companies show up for core branches. But the placement cell gets the college registered for the combined placements with other universities. So it somehow makes up for it. Still, the placement scene requires a lot of work as the locations offered are mostly within Punjab and Chandigarh. For the 2016 batch, less than 70% students got placed. But that's mostly because most of the students were not able to meet the eligibility for the placements. The highest salary was 10 lpa for IT and CSE and the lowest was 2 lpa. For internships, it's better to keep your ears open or get it on your own.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is something which is at par when it comes to this campus. It's a 50+ acre campus with Wi-Fi access on laptops as well as mobiles. The classrooms are spacious with the facility of projectors and screens, and central cooling. The library is very well stocked and with separate desks for the PC work. Basketball courts, football ground, badminton court, and a huge cricket ground is available. Two open stages are there where events are organized as well as there are many seminar halls across all the blocks. There are two main canteens and the bigger one is quite spacious and AC equipped and serves quality food. Outlets of Nescafe, Bru, and Verka are there on the campus. Separate boys' and girls' hostels with central cooling and heating are there. The washrooms are attached to the rooms and there are common washrooms as well. The hostel has its own mess. The rules are quite strict.
Faculty: The faculty is quite qualified and knowledgeable but the student must know how to get it out of them. They go by the book and are quite strict with the syllabus. Quite helpful with the projects and assignments as you have to do live projects every semester. Attendance is something they pay quite an attention to as well. Apart from the course, cultural and co-curricular activities and sports are the prime focus here and the faculty always encourages the students to participate a lot in the fests and external fests. Two industry visits are made during a year and the exposure made is quite good.

Absolutely, a great campus to study and get a great opportunity to succeed in your life .
Placements: It is said that only few students who study here are not placed. It seems that majority of the student get placed in technical companies with good placement and decent and satisfactory package. That's why it is a great opportunity to learn something new.
Infrastructure: This campus has the labs for required experiments. But most of the areas are not clean and well maintained due to some irregularity of workers. The classrooms have adequate space and technology to study in innovative and effective way without getting any disturbance while studying.
Faculty: Thesis has three points considered as main point because our career tally depends on these factors. If we talk about faculty, they all are very supportive and help to follow curriculum in a well manner. Apart from that, exams are held in every month for better understanding.
