It's the worst college for on-campus placements, but it's best to prepare for competitive exams.
Placements: I am a student of civil engineering, and I am presently in the 6th semester. Not more than 10% of the students got placed. Even in civil engineering, IT companies generally like TCS visit here. Internships depend on students. Generally, a junior engineer is a post offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very poor. There is a scarcity of equipment in labs, and there is no Wi-Fi for students. Nothing is available for sports or other co-curricular activities. There are no efforts from the administration to improve it. The hostel is very subjective. Mess is managed by the students by the collection of funds. There are no medical facilities, and sports events are very rare.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive of students who are focused and want to study. They have adequate knowledge, and they are only selected if they fulfil certain criteria of qualification. Teachers give their best efforts and are punctual. The course curriculum is pretty much the same as any other technical institutes. It is well-described and covers almost all aspects of civil engineering. If students study well, then they can be completely industry-ready as soon as they complete their graduation.
Other: I have chosen this course because it teaches lots of practical knowledge. Students just need to understand the concepts, and with proper practice, they can easily excel. The lab practical should be more frequent and on a broader basis. Events and fests are very rare in our college, like once in every 3 years. Connectivity is good as it is well-connected by roads, bus stops and even a railway station.

Dissatisfied with the faculty. Placements are not guaranteed. Practical knowledge is not provided.
Placements: There is no scope for the students to get placed. Only 2 to 3 companies visit the campus every year. However, one of my seniors got placed with a salary package of 12 LPA this year. This is the highest salary package offered in our college until now. Companies visit the campus only to hire the students of the CSE and IT departments but not mechanical and civil students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not good. Our college doesn't provide any Wi-Fi facility, and we don't have any medical facilities available here. The college doesn't even have sufficient labs, and we don't even have sufficient faculty members. Even our canteen offers only a few varieties. Classrooms are okay but not very good in quality. The hostel available in our college is really good, especially the girls' hostel.
Faculty: Our college offers the engineering course in civil, mechanical, CSE, EC and IT branches. Faculty members of the mechanical, CSE and IT departments are good, but there are no sufficient faculty members in the and EC departments. We must have good practical knowledge to become a successful engineer, but they don't focus on providing practical knowledge here.

Disappointed with environment, good placements in 2025, and the faculty members are good.
Placements: Honesty speaking, the placements are not that good in this particular college. I have been in college for the past 3 years and I haven't seen much companies coming for placement purposes. But this year few companies are coming for various branches so seeing that slowly the placement percentage is increasing.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are okay as labs of some subjects are available and some are not. Classrooms are good and big for many students. There is no mess or canteen. There is a canteen but now that also has beeclosedse from past few months. No such sports, games, and events take place in this college.
Faculty: Faculty members of different branches are good. The education quality of this particular college is good. I am from civil branch so if I say about the civil branch good faculty members are teaching us. Semester exams are of 60 marks (theory) of which 20 marks are passing marks which is not that difficult to score if you are studying properly. There are practical exams.
Other: I have earned diploma in civil branch so I chose to graduate and came to this college by lateral entry (directly in 2nd year). There are not much fests and nothing happens, just okay environment.

Overall, college life is best.
Placements: Our college provides high placements. The highest salary package offered is 70 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 20 LPA. Companies visit our college to hire students. They search for employees with a good placement sharp mind and good marks in B Tech.
Infrastructure: The hotels are normal and not that good. Facilities are quite normal. Wi-Fi facility is not available, but labs are available. There is a gym for exercise in college and a hostel. The library is not available. Tennis courts and indoor games are also available here.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are supportive. They have good techniques to provide knowledge to students. Sometimes teachers get rude, but it is common in college. Semester exams are proceeding. The pass percentage is the same as other colleges. The course curriculum is quite good, which helps to get practical knowledge.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to become a civil engineer. In my area, it is one of the best colleges as it provides all facilities. Scholarships are available only for the backward classes, but sometimes it is given to students who cannot afford college fee.
