BVCOE Mumbai Admission Process 2025
BVCOE Mumbai admissions are based on entrance exam scores of the candidates. The college fills seats through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) by the Government of Maharashtra. The remaining seats after CAP are filled through institute-level Spot Round. Below is the complete BVOCE admission process:
Step 1: BVOCE Mumbai Application Process 2025
Candidates have to first fill out the application form for any of the accepted entrance exams for admission. Once, the candidates have appeared for the entrance test, they can participate in the counselling rounds for seat allotment.
Step 2: Entrance Exam
Candidates need to have a valid score in MHT CET or JEE Main for BE and GATE score for ME programmes. Those with a score in any of these entrance tests can further apply for CAP conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. Candidates must score equal or above the BVOCE Mumbai cutoff for admission.
Step 3: Counselling & Seat Allotment
Once selected, aspirants have to fill out the CAP application form. The seats are allotted to aspirants based on their rank in the entrance exam. For ME, students are offered seats through Centralised Admission Process (CAP), Maharashtra MTech Counselling. In case the seats remain vacant after CAP, candidates can then register for institute-level seats. A merit list is released for candidates who are shortlisted in Spot Round on the college's website. Aspirants who are allotted a seat need to report at the campus for document verification. Candidates also need to pay the BVCOE fee to confirm their seat.
