BVCOE Mumbai Admission 2025: Fees, Courses, Eligibility and Selection

Yes, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering Mumbai admission 2025 is open. Candidates are required to apply at State CET Cell, Maharashtra for admission to UG and PG programmes. The college offers admission to courses based on the entrance exam scores of the candidates. BVCOE accepts JEE Main or MHT CET for BE and GATE for ME programme.

BVCOE Mumbai admissions are entrance-based. Aspirants need to pass MHT CET or JEE Main for BE and GATE for ME programmes. Once the results are out, aspirants have to register for CAP conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. Candidates are offered seats based on their entrance exam rank. Candidates applying for BE are required to pass HSc or its equivalent examination. The minimum aggregate required in Class 12 is 45% for BE. Hence, aspirants with 60% in Class 12 can apply provided they also hold a valid score in MHT CET or JEE Main for admission. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate for Backward class categories,  Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only.

Yes, candidates belonging to Backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section or Persons with Disability from Maharashtra State are eligible for 5% relaxation in the aggregate. Such candidates need to pass HSC or its equivalent examination in relevant subjects with at least 40% aggregate for BE programme. For ME, aspirants from Backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State should complete graduation with at least 45% aggregate. 

Candidates seeking admission in ME programme of BVCOE Mumbai must have a valid GATE score for admission. Aspirants after appearing for the entrance tests are offered seats based on their rank. Admission is done through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). There are 3 rounds of Maharashtra M.Tech counselling.  Selected candidates need to report at the campus for document verification and fee payment.

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering - BVCOE has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology & obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for Backward class, EWS & PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) can also apply.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidates completed Bachelor of Engineering degree with Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics and TeleCommunication Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Information Technology/Power Electronics from Mumbai University or any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply.

BVCOE Mumbai follows the CET Cell, Maharashtra schedule for admission. As per the schedule, the registrations for MHT CET usually open in December and closes by February. The applications for CAP Counselling usually start in June-July depending on the release of the result. 

After the completion of CAP rounds, BVCOE Mumbai releases the application form institute-level seats. Aspirants have to register on the college's website for Spot Round. Below are the steps to follow:

Candidates pursuing BTech at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering must meet the eligibility criteria by securing minimum aggregate in merit. Furthermore, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12. In addition to this, candidates must secure a valid score in accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main, MHT CET, GATE or other equivalent examinations. For final admission, candidates must qualify the counselling round for final seat allocation.

Students can apply for Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojna (EBC),  Scholarship for students of minority communities pursuing Higher and Professional courses (DTE),  Post Matric Scholarship to OBC Students,  Post Matric Scholarship to SBC Students,  Post Matric Scholarship to VJNT Students,  Government of India Post Matric Scholarship, etc. Students must fulfill the criteria to apply for a scholarship.

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering offers courses at the UG and PG level. The duration of the respective courses varies from 2 years to 4 years with admission offered on the basis of merit and accepted entrance exams. BVCOE offers BTech and M.Tech as the prime course in full-time mode with various specialisations.
