Review of Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology.

Placements: In BTKIT maximum package was about 40,000 per month . The highest I have known is about 70,000 per month . Recently, BHL has arrived in this college. To get entry into college, your percentage would be in the range of 60 to 90%. Then only you can get a good branch.

Infrastructure: Every batch has their own labs . Student should not be worried about any labs or wifi classrooms . There is no lack of teachers. Every subject has their own teachers. And every practical subject has its own labs . An interesting thing is that their is a separate branch for computer work, that is the CCFC Branch.

Faculty: In this college, every teacher is well educated. They all have done MTech from IIT colleges . Some are PhD teachers. Exams are held every month . Semesters are held from 4 months of college starting. Sudden tests are taken by teachers . CT's are taken .

Other: An important note is that attendance matters a lot . If your attendance is not 75%, you will be detained for CT's . And if you don't complete the attendance, you will be detained for semester exams.

Good location of college, good teachers, and nice environment.

Placements: To get an electronics branch, the student should have a minimum rank of 5 lacs. The lowest package in this college is about 1.5 lacs per month. The highest package is about 11 lacs. BYB Company and BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited) are the top recruiters from 2024 placement. New companies are now arriving.

Infrastructure: The quality of hostel is a little bit bad, which means food is good but infrastructure is not very nice. But renovation is now taking place, and in a few years it will be very nice if Wi-Fi is available in hostels and college. Every practical subject has its own lab.

Faculty: The difficulty level is moderate, and the faculty is very good. Every teacher in college is very knowledgeable. Many teachers are from IT colleges. There are very helpful teachers. Teachers also take a surprise test.

Other: The best thing is that every teacher is present in the branch according to requirement, meaning there is no lack of teachers.

Our college has a nature-friendly infrastructure and a good faculty.

Placements: At least 70% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package was 8-9 LPA, the average salary package was 4-5 LPA, and 2-3 LPA was the lowest salary package in our course. Top recruiting companies like BYJUs and Unacademy have visited our college. At least 60–70% of our students got internships from this course.

Infrastructure: Our college has a very nature-friendly environment and infrastructure. It is provided with Wi-Fi, computer labs, a library, smart classes, and various classrooms. The quality of food is generally good in our hostels, but sometimes there is a kind of disbalance in taste. We have a good facility for sports students. Our college also has three to four canteens.

Faculty: Teachers are available for each department of the college. They are knowledgeable and very helpful, and we can ensure them as qualified faculty. We are having an 80% difficult question paper, but it depends upon the students also. The pass percentage for our college is around 33%.

Other: B.Tech means Bachelor of Technology, which simply means dealing with the world of technology. That is what really attracted me to this course. Because in our upcoming generations, technology will have a vast effect on everyone's lives. We have various types of events in our college, like scintilla, which lasts for 2-3 days and includes different types of sports, dances, painting, singing, and various competitions, and most importantly, DJ Night, which is such a memorable night for all of us.

The college is average but can be modified better.

Placements: The placement was there but not so much as compared to NIT college. The placement was significantly less in daily life in our college we are thinking that placement will increase we are thinking that and hard work of college students will give placement. Out-of-campus placement increase daily.

Infrastructure: The college structure was average and the life of the hostel was good infrastructure that water limation is here and cleanness was not so good in hostel or college. The college structure is also the best but we think more development in college in daily life helps us in college.

Faculty: The faculty was supportive of getting students' best marks if students were hardworking but needed more attention by faculty so that students get best in exams and performance also increase daily if we or faculty try best in college life which help is daily done by our faculty.

Review of Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology.

Placements: Every year in the course, 70-75% of the students got placed. The salary package offered goes from 3 LPA to 12 LPA. Few good companies come to our college. Many of our course students cleared GATE and other engineering exams for higher studies. Delloite, Wipro, Cognizant, Byju's, Daffodil, Godrej, etc., come for placements.

Infrastructure: The hostel provides maximum facilities as a government college can afford. Electricity is available for 24x7, and nearby messes are also available. It has a peaceful environment. Food in messes are hygienic, and our college has a lab for Wi-Fi availability. Hospitals are also available near the college.

Faculty: Teachers in our course are very supportive, and they care for each students' growth and development. Faculty members support students in every field, and due to the IEEE nodal centre, our college has 3 IEEE societies which develop students' growth. It is necessary for every student. Department and faculty members are excellent and supportive.

Other: Our batch is 2022, and staying here is the best part of my life. The college conducts annual fest, and every branch conducts tech fest. Scholarships and all extracurricular activities are available for us.

The infrastructure of our college is very good.

Placements: Almost 75% of the students got placed. The salary package offered range between 3 LPA to 7 LPA. Accenture, TCS, Infosys, DXC Technology, etc., are the top recruiting companies. I don't have any idea about the roles offered to students. Almost 90% of student joined as an Intern in Aryabhatt Research Institute of Observational Sciences. Rest of the students joined an intern in BSNL.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the college was not very good just because it was located in a very remote area. The infrastructure of our college was very good. The college was well-designed. It is the only technical college having a supercomputer. Overall, I am satisfied with the hostel facilities.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality was good. The course curriculum is not relevant. If we consider students who pursue B.Tech in electronics and communication engineering, most of them get placed in IT companies which is different from our curriculum. It is very hard for a student to get placed in core electronics and communication field just because he doesn't even know the companies. It is the case with every student of electronics and communication engineering. They opt for government exam preparation, M.Tech or IT Industry, prepare for Gate or IES.

Not satisfied with my college.

Placements: There is a very limited number of companies, and there is no proper internship available for students in my college. The faculty does not focus on placements; they focus on our attendance instead. They do not provide leave for medical reasons and just want us to have 75% attendance.

Infrastructure: The mess is not so good, and there is a lack of proper hygiene. There is also insufficient water availability on campus for drinking. The drinking water is very bad, and filtered water is not available all the time in our college. The faculty does not support any games.

Faculty: The faculty only focuses on attendance. There are no properly scheduled classes and no proper classrooms, such as fans that are in working condition. Their main concern is attendance, and there is a 75% attendance criterion in our college.

Other: There are no proper events. The only ones are Scintella and Spardha, and the management for those events is not good. The students cannot enjoy these events fully.

Our college provides good placements.

Placements: Around 70-80% of students got placed in our college. The salary package offered ranges between 7 LPA - 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HP, Wipro, etc. MNCs visit our college to recruit students. Around 60-80% of students got internships in ISRO, DRDO, and BHEL. Our college is very good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good and spacious. The hostel is very good. The food served in the hostel is good. The hostel has good environment. The mess workers are not good. I would recommend joining this college. A playground is available in our college. The hostel is spacious.

Faculty: Our teachers are good, knowledgeable, and well-experienced. They have been educated at IIT.
