Amazing ride of knowledge and a fun experience.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed was around 35%. The highest package was 3.5 LPA the lowest was 1.8 LPA and the average was 2.5 LPA. Colored Cow was the highest recruiting company. Around 5-10 students were selected by Coloredcow for internship. Roles offered were developed roles.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was good. It has proper classrooms, labs, canteen, and library but has issues with internet facility it was poor. Hostel infrastructure was good and food was average. They didn't provide the internet facility which was necessary for the students.
Faculty: The curriculum and teachers were good. They have taught property but the way they communicate wasn't up to the mark it was in Hindi and English which has led students to talk in Hindi. The curriculum was also fine but it needs to be upgraded. Exams were quite tough and good enough to test a student.

The review of BTKIT College.
Placements: The placement in our college was good before the pandemic, but after that, the placement rate dropped. Around 20–30% of seniors were only placed. The highest package offered last year was around 7-8 LPA, the lowest was around 3 LPA, and the average was around 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is decent. Earlier, there were no Wi-Fi facilities in classrooms or in hostels, but now each department has a Wi-Fi facility, and the labs are also good. The library is also good. The hostels are a little bit far from departments, but not much, and the food quality in every hostel's mess is decent. There is a government hospital near the campus. There are decent grounds for cricket and two basketball courts, one for girls and the other for boys, and for other sports and games, there is decent space and equipment available.
Faculty: The faculty members are helpful, and most of the permanent faculty members are Ph.D. holders, and even some of the faculty members are really good. Like HOD (Head of Department) of chemical engineering branch was AIR 1 in GATE. The quality of teaching is also good. The course curriculum is just like any other college, and in my opinion, it doesn't make the student industry ready. The semester exams are not very difficult, but sometimes the marking is done very poorly because the notebooks are checked at UTU (Uttarakhand Technical University).
Other: The computer science engineering is one of the best branches in the technical field now a days; that's why I chose this branch.

Bad management but good location .
Placements: Placements are average; a few companies visit the campus, which offers an average package of 3-3.5 LPA. The highest placement was given by BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited) with a package of 11.5 LPA to 7 students, and the lowest package was 2.16 LPA offered to 27 students. Students either seek job offers off-campus or opt for higher studies.
Infrastructure: You cannot expect top-notch infrastructure from a state-funded college. The location and views are beautiful, as the campus is on a hill area, but the maintenance of the campus is very bad by the management. Washrooms are very dirty; even the boys' washrooms do not have light facilities. You have to store water to survive, as there is no running water facility from the tap. The mess food is horrible; you will not be able to chew the chapatti. Even some of my batchmates suffered from food poisoning.
Faculty: Faculty is good; they help us during examinations and guide us to score well. They are well-qualified and experienced. The course follows the curriculum decided by UTU (Uttaranchal Technical University). The exam pattern is doable; just the checking is hard, and you have to maintain an attendance of 75% to give the exam; otherwise, you can be debarred.
Other: I wish management would focus more on the development of the college. They should open societies or clubs so that students can indulge in some extracurricular activities. There is 1 cultural fest, SCINTILLA, held in a year and 1 sports fest, SPARDHA. The campus crowd is below average, as students getting 30-35 percentile also get branches like ECE and EE. The campus surroundings are good if you are a mountain person, but there is a lot of connectivity problem.

Review for BTKIT, Dwarahat .
Placements: I am pursuing B.Teach CSE from btkit dwarahat, and placement for CSE there is good, like avergae students got placement, and for core branches placement is below average, which means if you are a very good student then only there is any scope for you there. The highest package is around 12 LPA, and the minimum is around 2 to 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average, main buildings are good, labs are maintained, you can easily study and explore there, and for hostels, hostels need maintenance, and rooms are decent there. And about mess, in the initial days, the food is good, but later at the end, the food is like ***. Wi-Fi is there, and sports and other facilities are decent.
Faculty: The faculty is good there; they teach decently, make us ready for internships, and are well-suited to job-related candidates. The curriculum and exams are at a at a decent level, and with decent study, you can pass your exams. This also helps in giving more time to our other programmes.
Other: I am doing B.Teach CSE, which is quite good there, as for core branches. College is decent. But you can't completely rely on faculty; you have to do things on your own.

Review of Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology.
Placements: About 60% of students were placed in computer science and technology, while others opted for higher education. The highest package is 25 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 4.5 LPA. TCS and Accenture are the top recruiting companies. Roles offered are SDE, DEVOPS Engineer, and Consultant.
Infrastructure: Every branch has its own department in a separate building with its own departmental as well as library Wi-Fi, along with lab facilities. Canteens are available on campus, with a total area of 150 acres. 11 hostels are available, with separate rooms for boys and girls.
Faculty: Teachers are Ph.D. holders from reputed colleges like IIT, NIT, and IIIT. They are quite knowledgeable and are in a separate field. It is designed as AICTE under UT faculty members available for all branches. The percent is 30% with the semester exams being level.

My Own Views on My College.
Placements: There are placement opportunities for all branches, but the number of selections for placement is quite low. Ultimately, it all depends on you. Companies like TCS, HCL, Wipro, etc., do come. In the future, there might be an increase in placements from my point of view.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good, but the infrastructure of the hostel is average. There is a water problem in the college area, but it is slowly getting resolved. In the future, this issue may be completely resolved. The best thing I felt for the students at this college was the environment.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated; some of them are pursuing Ph.D., and others have already completed their Ph.D. in specific topics. They have done their Masters and Ph.D. from well-known institutes. Teachers help us understand concepts in an easier way, and there are labs too, allowing us to implement what we learn. The faculty is supportive in the labs as well.
Other: I chose this course because, being a government college, the fees for this course are not high. It is the only government college nearby that is suitable for me to attend.

If you are looking for a government college, I will suggest you to visit this college.
Placements: In the computer science engineering branch, we have 65 students, and the INR 6 lac package is the average package in the college placement, and the students that try to go off campus get a better placement, which was about INR 18 to 20 lac. Companies required DSA, Java, any Oops programming language, and SQL. In their third year, some students get internships.
Infrastructure: Buildings are getting old day by day but don't have maintenance to repair them, and water facilities are not good because there is a low water area, but water collection is the solution. Mess is also good, and for sports, there is a competition called SPARDHA for girls and boys. Canteen facilities are also available on the college and hostel campuses.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive of everything that can be studied or financially supported. Every subject has faculty members, classes are held from time to time, and labs and library facilities are also provided by the college. The semester exams are organized by the Uttarakhand Technical University because, one year ago, the college was removed from the list of autonomous colleges. And the passing percentage is 95+.
Other: In comparison to other government colleges, BTKIT Dwarahat is the best college.

It is a very good college.
Placements: Few students got placed in this course. This college also offered off-campus placements. Top recruiting companies do not visit our college for recruitment.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available in the hostels. Laboratories are not good. The library is small. Our campus is spread over 145 acres of land. The food served in the hostel is decent. Everything is utilized properly in this college. Wi-Fi is available in the laboratories, but the speed is not good. The food served in the mess is average. The hostel is very good.
Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified. Few of them are alumni of this college. Semester exams are not difficult. If we study well, we can score good marks. The passing percentage is 33%.
Other: I chose this college because of my interest in it. It is a government college, so the fee structure is Rs 35,000 per semester. The mess fee is Rs 16,500. Fests are average. Our campus life is good. This college is situated in a remote area. Many tourist places, such as Dunagiri Mandir, Pandavkholi Trek, etc., are available. If you want to live in the hill station, you can visit this college.
