BITians are second to none.

Infrastructure: Actually, we have a lecture hall, but from this year onwards, the classes will be held in the new lecture hall, which is going to be inaugurated this year, only for the new students. As BIT is one of the oldest colleges in India, its infrastructure is a bit old. About the hostel, it's average, I would say. The food quality is good ( not like the way Hostel food is described), it's genuinely good enough that you can survive. We have a central library in the centre of the college, with a lot of bo...

College is good for your personal studies. You will get enough time to prepare for competition.

Infrastructure: All branches have separate departments. Bit Sindri has a huge library but the staffs are not that much cooperative. You can take a book for 15 days, and after that, 10 paise/day will be charged. There is no Wi-Fi zone on the campus. Hostel is decent, you have to stay with 4-5 students in the 1st and 2nd year. In 3rd year, you will get separate room.

It is an environmentally friendly campus; all facilities are available, and classes are regular.

Infrastructure: The new hostel is very good with lifts and fans, with a remote control. The food is very good and delicious in every hostel at this college. All hostels are neat and clean; they provide positive vibes that help you to grow even more. There is no shortage of electricity in this college.

BIT Sindri: Good faculty, labs, placements; old infrastructure; proactive students thrive here.

Infrastructure: The campus has decent labs, especially in Civil Engineering. Surveying, Concrete, Soil Mechanics, and Environment labs are well-equipped but sometimes face maintenance delays. The Central Library offers good resources, including textbooks and past papers. Hostels are basic, mostly shared rooms, moderately clean, and old in infrastructure, though some renovations have occurred. Mess food is average with limited variety; canteens provide basic meals. Medical facilities include a dispensary with a ...

Metallurgical branch is a good career option.

Infrastructure: The 1st-year hostel is clean and spacious, with two students per room, but from 2nd to 3rd year, 3-4 students share a room, and only final-year students get single rooms. Hostel quality declines after the first year. There's no Wi-Fi in hostels or classrooms, only in the library. Labs have old but functional instruments. The mess food is good, offering non-veg meals five days a week. Sports facilities are excellent, with events like SPARDHA, inter-branch football, and intra-branch cricket matche...

It is a decent college with decent placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is overall below average and we don't have Wi-Fi in the hostel and the mess. Other things are also not that good. However, we have certain problems in the hostel as well like Wi-Fi and electricity for certain times. Mess food is also not up to the mark. Practical labs are in the worst condition.

If you can't get any of the IIT and NIT also your finance not so good.

Infrastructure: BIT Sindri's infrastructure has mixed reviews. The college has a large, lush green campus, and separate buildings for its 10 departments. The infrastructure of BIT Sindri is good to moderate but labs are very old, so overall infrastructure is good.

Good faculty members, placements, and infrastructure.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available like labs, classrooms, and library, and Wi-Fi is in the library. Food in the mess and canteen are good with varieties of menu available, and medical facilities are also there. Sports and games are also prioritized, with a sports club where sports and games are conducted.

The college has an average placement record and good infrastructure for the B.Tech students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is good enough. The classroom and library facilities are good, but you are not provided with Wi-Fi facilities. If I talk about the hostel, it is good for the students, but the mess food is not so good enough. The canteen is really good.

I am satisfied with the faculty and all staff members. Placement varies here.

Infrastructure: Food is normal and the same as the other colleges. The mess staff members are good. They all are very helpful. If our health is not good, then they also help us. At night or if we go late, then they keep our food.

The college has low fees, good placements, a nice ROI, good faculty members, but no campus life.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. However, the new hostel (Hostel 29) is quite nice. The construction of a new lecture hall is underway, but currently, the infrastructure is quite old. In the hostel, there is no Wi-Fi, so students must purchase their own. The quality of the mess food is decent.

BIT Sindri - Review by Nitish Kumar Singh.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are big enough to accommodate 40-50 students. Every classroom has a whiteboard, smart board, and a green board. Wi-Fi is there but not supportive. Library is very huge and has almost all relevant books that are necessary for students.

Grateful for the guidance by seniors and the way they support us.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure at BIT Sindri is average. Classrooms and labs are functional but typically lack contemporary equipment and maintenance. Wi-Fi is available but not consistently reliable. There is a good collection of academic textbooks in the library, though digital material is lacking. Hostel infrastructure is planned, with shared rooms and shared washrooms. Cleanliness and water supply are an issue at times. The mess is tolerable but lacks quality and diversity. There are sports facilities in th...

Review of Birsa Institute of Technology, Sindri.

Infrastructure: The bad condition of the hostel for 1st and 2nd year. In 1st and 2nd-year boys hostel - 4 to 5 people in 1 room. In 3rd and 4th years - 1 people in 1 room branches have their buildings like electrical, mechanical, and mining Some department share their department buildings like CSE, IT, ECE, and cybersecurity.

Very affordable, decent college, with decent infrastructure, good opportunities, and good faculty.

Infrastructure: The department facilities are very good, with various required air-conditioned labs and lecture rooms. Even a 3-storey library has been provided at the campus with a huge number of book collections in various genres. The hostel quality is pretty decent too with quite spacious rooms, especially for the fresher year, the food quality is good. Gym for the fresher and final year girls hostel and solar-powered hostels are also available.
