The BITS Hyderabad highest package offered during the 2025 placement drive is yet to be released. According to the media reports, the average salary offered across the three campuses in 2025 stood at INR 28.64 LPA. Earlier, the average and median package secured by the overall batch 2024 was INR 20.77 LPA and INR 18 LPA.

BITS Hyderabad offers good placements annually for its various courses like BTech, M.Tech and BPharma, etc. A total of 109 recruiters participated in the placement process 2023 and placed students of various courses like BTech, MTech, and BPharma, etc. The key highlights of BITS Hyderabad placements for the Class of 2023 are presented below:

BITS Pilani Hyderabad admission is entrance-based. BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus offers four Integrated First Degree, Higher Degree, and PhD programmes. The selection criteria for some of the courses, such as BTech, BSc, M.Tech, etc., require BITSAT entrance exam scores. Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is an entrance exam conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses (BE) at its  Pilani campus.

According to the media reports, BITS Pilani has achieved 54.35% placements in the semestor 1 of the placement session 2025 across its three Indian campuses (Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad). A total of 1700 students registered for the placements, of which 924 secured job offers from reputed companies. The average salary offered across the three campuses stood at INR 28.64 LPA. Earlier, 297 companies visited BITS Hyderabad campus in 2024 and placed 81.01% of students. The average and median package secured by the overall batch 2024 was INR 20.7 LPA and INR 185 LPA.

BITS Pilani Hyderabad admissions are open for all courses. The college offers entrance-based admission to all UG, PG, and Doctoral courses. Candidates seeking admission to BITS Pilani Hyderabad must fill out the online application form by visiting the college official website.

Candidates seeking admission shall first check the course-specific eligibility criteria. Eligible students can further fill out the application form for the respective course/or the required examination. BITS Hyderabad offers admission to BE/BPharm/MSc courses is based on merit in BITSAT. For ME/MPharm course admission, BITS HD exam or GATE/GPAT scores are considered. Candidates qualifying for the exam are further called for counselling. Moreover, aspirants seeking admission to PhD programmes need to take the respective entrance test for admission as well.

The process of BITSAT Counselling 2023 has been concluded. The last round i.e BITSAT Iteration 7 results were released by BITS Pilani on the official admissions website at bitsadmission.com. Candidates who appeared for BITSAT 2023 could log in using the application number and password to access their BITSAT 2023 Counselling allotment status.

BITS admissions 2023 to BE/ BTech, BPharm and MSc courses offered by all three BITS campuses including Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad is based on BITSAT 2023 scores. Further, BITSAT 2023 admission assignment Iteration 7 was the last round for BITSAT Counselling 2023 and there are no further rounds scheduled for the same.

BITS Hyderabad OBC category cutoff 2024 was concluded for admission to the BE specialisations, Integrated MSc specialsiations and BPharm . The last round closing ranks for the OBC category candidates were between the range of 135 and 284. The most difficult specialisation turned out to be in Computer Science. After BE in Computer Science, the toughest specialisation turned out to be BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
