BITS Pilani Goa ME admission dates are usually announced in March. Candidates can refer to the previous year's 2024 dates to get an idea of the ME admission dates. The deadline for submitting the completed application form online with the prescribed fee was 19 April 2024, and admission to the GATE/GPAT score students was offered on 27 April 2024. Further, candidates must also watch out for the BITS HD exam dates. The BITS HD 2024 exam was conducted on 19th and 24th May 2024. BITS Goa ME Admission 2025: How to Apply?

BITS Pilani Goa ME admission is conducted via three schemes, i.e., the BITS HD 2025 exam scheme, the board topper's scheme, and the International Students' Admission scheme. Candidates can opt for any one of the schemes for admission to the Bachelor of Engineering course. Find MElow the admisson process for the ME exam:

1: Register for BITS HD 2025

The application MEgins with the registration and application process for BITS HD 2025. The BITS HD application process is a multi-step process. Candidates with valid eligibility can apply for the exam. Registration is done through BITS HD’s official website. Once the BITS HD application form is submitted candidates must appear for the BITS HD 2025 exam and pass with a valid score. Follow the below steps to fill out the BITS HD application form:

1.1: Visit the official website of the University click on 'Apply now' and click on the 'New Registration' tab as shown below.

1.2: After successful registration, the application form will open up. Fill the application form.

1.3: Now candidates will have to upload scanned images of photographs signatures and documents in the prescribed format.

1.4: Pay the application fee and click on the submit button to complete the registration process.

1.5: On successful registration, a pop-up message with the registration number will appear.

1.6: Students must note down their registration number, login ID, and password as it will ME a must for all future logins.

2: BITS Goa Cutoff 2025

BITS HD 2025 cutoff will ME prepared and released by the authorities of BITS Pilani. Based on the BITS HD 2025 cutoff, the candidates can check the minimum scores that are required to have a higher chance of admission into the preferred courses and campuses. Candidates whose BITSTAT score is equal to or above the official cutoff score MEcome eligible for admission.

3: BITS Goa Counseling 2025

Once the candidates become qualified, they are invited to participate in the BITS HD counseling 2025 process for further admission into the courses offered by the participating institutes. The authorities are expected to conduct seven rounds of BITS HD 2025 iterations. Candidates are required to fill out the BITS HD counseling application form and pay the application fee.

4: BITS Goa Seats Allocation 2025

After the BITS HD counselling BITS HD 2025 seat allotment results are released in the form of iterations. Seats will be allotted on the baiss of the candidate's rank, preferences, and seat availability. Only those candidates who have registered for BITS HD ccounseling process and have a valid BITS HD score will ME eligible for the seat allotment.

Our college have less placements for mechanical.

Placements: Around 65% of students got placed in good companies. The highest salary package is about 40-45 LPA and the minimum salary package is about 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Mediatek, Qualcomm, etc. All the students got the internships they wanted to do. The top role offered is a data analyst.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very beautiful, wonderful, and fully equipped with all the required facilities like Wi-Fi, labs with highly advanced equipment, etc. Hostel life is also very good and there is ample space to play sports and games like badminton, cricket, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. The course curriculum makes the students industry-ready. Exams are quite tough which is a good thing because to score good marks you have to grab the full knowledge of the subject. Most of the exams were open books but it is quite difficult.

Other: I always wanted to learn and implement new things and mechanical engineering is the best option that someone has.

Best college for pursuing engineering course.

Placements: All the students from our branch got placed and 25% got internship offers as well. The average salary was around 17-18 lacs per annum while minimum salary offered was 12 lacs per annum. The top recruiters were Cisco, Qualcom, Amazon, Microsoft, Toshiba etc.

Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is pretty good and well maintained. There are courts for basketball, football, badminton, handball and various other sports. The hostels and academic block are wi-fi equipped and the maintenance of all the infrastructure is done as needed.

Faculty: The course curriculum is well formed as per the current requirements. The faculty members for the courses are also highly qualified and very helpful. The teaching quality is upto the mark. The courses offered are very relevant to the current corporate world requirements.

The college has a great education structure, facilities, and faculty. Campus life is good.

Placements: There are almost 100% placements in our branch. GE, Seimens, Arup, Honeywell, Mathworks, etc., are one of the top recruiters. We have teaching assistantship along with assistance to research fellows and faculty members. We also have exposure to projects in national as well as international competitions. The highest salary package offered in our course is 14 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course is 6 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course is 9 LPA. Almost 80% of the students got internships from our course. Companies like GE, TATA Motors, Mathworks, Neumatics, Seimens, Cisco India Ltd., etc., offered internships.

Infrastructure: The campus is located in Zuarinagar, Goa, on the banks of Zuari river. Around 3000 students reside on the campus. It is listed as 3rd in the list of the most beautiful campuses in India. It is about 10 km away from Goa airport along national highway NH17B. The campus has an academic building as B-dome in the middle and has two sides. All classrooms, labs, lecture halls are air-conditioned. A big building is there for the computer centre. The auditorium is huge and air-conditioned and can accommodate 2400 people. There are a well-managed medical centre, student activity centre, cricket grounds, football ground, basketball courts, tennis courts, etc. The library is huge and equipped with books of all streams. We can find any book through our laptops also. There are food eateries, CCD, Restros, etc., to have buzz food. There are three messes with decent and hygienic food with all varieties. Wi-Fi facility is available at any portion of the campus with high data speed and package.

Faculty: The education system is designed in such a way that not even a single student will have stress. One will enjoy academics fully with passion and can also opt for research. Faculty members and other staff members are utmost cooperative and helpful. The coordination between students and faculty members is great. The practice school makes BITS Pilani different. It is the system where students have to opt for internships for a semester or year. It is mandatory, and top companies are recruiting students with PPOs too. Even research facilities for PhD scholars and ME are top-notch. One has everything to model, simulate and perform experiments on the campus only. These all construct the engineering era of BITS.

Other: Opting M.E design and becoming a mechanical engineer is my personal option, and I already worked in a manufacturing firm. So I felt to study engineering analytically through a design approach. The course which I opted has great opportunities here regarding labs, facilities, course structures and placements. We have three fests namely, WAVES, a cultural fest; QUARKS, a tech-fest; SPREE, a sports fest. In all fests, the crowd is huge, and students from all colleges (engineering as well as non-technical) in our country participate in it.

Placements are low in biotechnology, but it has good learning opportunities.

Placements: Placements and salary packages and are low for biotechnology, and there is a little chance for placements. There would be practice school offered in 2nd year where chances of placements are more, and you get available for industry. Anyhow course work and technical learning are good.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise BITS is providing facilitated labs where students can learn and do their research work. In life sciences, it is well established for research work. The latest technology and conditions of the laboratory are well maintained. Wi-Fi available is also good.

Faculty: Faculty members are good with mostly PhD degree having collaboration with various government institutions and foreign institutions for their research work. They teach an in-depth subject, and teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is mostly related and par with industry needs.

Other: Biotechnology is mostly a research area. Students should have patience and interest in the subject. Biotechnology is not a good option to work in the core field.

Best college for best career path .

Placements: After 2nd semester students are applicable for placements. Companies visiting are very much it is not accountable also and they will provide an the highest package of 40 Lacs also and minimum to 5 Lacs also. Percentage of students getting placed is about 95-100% in the worst case because of COVID otherwise it is 100%. My plans after getting degree is to continue the job that I will get through campus placement. About 400-500 companies are there for internship which can provide stipend from 10000 to 150000 also depending upon your skill level and interest. Projects are mostly based on your study only, what you studied in your course and what are skills and software knowledge you have according to that they will choose according to their requirements.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided in Room are: 1. Wardrobe 2. Track for keeping personal things. 3. Beddings (paid ) 4. Mug and Bucket (paid) etc. And the quality of room is very good clean and tidy daily cleaning is done by floor workers. Toilets s and bathroom is also very good both western and Indian toilets are available. Meal is perfect you can get veg and non veg both. There is an proper breakfast include milk, egg, read, omlette etc. With one dish after that proper lunch and dinner will be provided in the respective timeline. Registration is to be done by hostel in-charge only you don't need to do anything There is not an option of opting PG. Whoever take admission he/she has to stay in hostel only .

Faculty: The Faculty is really well experienced and well chosen every faculty is either an IITian Bitsian or from Foreign Institutions and most professors have an Ph.D. so they are all well read, faculty on bits are really approachable you just have to mail them once and book appointment and you can discuss anything Abhijit Pethe, Pravin Singru, DM kulkarni, Mohit Kumar, Tarkeshwar Singh, Kanan Sir There are The compare (final) midsems and many quizzes, professors are flexible to change number of quizzes or even not take any at all just assignments or project or lab .

Other: Bits goa's fest are huge and are in the top 5 college fest in India Weaves is the third best cultural college fest (Early November) Quark the teach fest (early March) Spree the sports fest (mid April) The Library is huge and well maintained and you can find almost all books you need Classrooms and infrastructure is great and have all the labs machines teach required for studying and even more Bits Goa has an excellent sports and extra curricular culture with dedicated areas given to sports and dance and music they surely embrace extra curricular and sports Club culture in bits Goa is also excellent and is one of the best part of campus you can find a club for every interest that you have, and all fests in bits Goa is student run so you can also be part of the OC .

Placements: The Placements over here are extremely beautiful with packages having average of 8 LPA. Starting from Aditya Birla, Honeywell and many more reputed companies do give visit every year. Each students were offered a role of Junior Engineer. Every Student from the department need to do a compulsory internship of minimum 2 months and the internship is basically done from abroad starting from MIT, Stanford to many other reputed universities. Stipend values depend upon the universities and covers every basic amenities like food, accommodation, travel and so on. Of course there is a cabinet of Placement officers in the placement unit with varied departments like internship job and so on.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus 24 hrs. The classrooms are well-equipped starting with traditional black boards/ green boards to digital visualization system with projectors. The faculty members are very student friendly. The library is well-equipped with every reference and text books of varied collection and magazines and journals with e-copy too. It is largely spacious with various seats and discussion room for student to carry out their activity. There is a med-c (medical centre) for students with 24hrs ambulance supply & medical store open inside the campus itself. There is a sports ground for every sports notable with special competition held inter college every year. The Quality of food in the canteen is better than most other Campus with different cuisines everyday. There are several other for stalls starting from CCD to Dominos inside the campus itself. The hostel room are spacious enough with everyday cleaning available. No, there is no infrastructure issues faced yet.

Faculty: Yes, the faculty members over here are highly qualified and their teaching style is very much different from the rest of India. They focus not only academically but also in a general view of technological impact around the world. The student to faculty ratio for M.Tech is 1:3 and for B.Tech it is 1:5. Yes, there are placement unit to look after the industry and internship from where I got the industrial exposure too in zuari agro chemical plant located in Goa itself. Yes, the course curriculum set is extremely helpful and well designed.

Other: Events like Quark, SPREE, waves takes place every year with huge number of audiences. The campus is greenery all around. Bright students are awarded with different scholarships.
