STEP 1: BITS Pilani ME/MTech Application Process 2025

Candidates seeking admission to Higher Degree Programmes can apply online either using GPAT/ GATE or through the BITS HD Test or both modes for BITS Pilani admission. The step-wise application process is given below:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of GPAT/ GATE or BITS Pilani for the BITS HD online test and click on 'Apply now'.

Step 1.2: Fill out the application form with all the mandatory details.

Step 1.3: Upload scanned images of the photograph and signature.

Step 1.4: Pay the application fee to complete the application process.

Step 1.5: Take a printout of the duly filled application form for future use.

STEP 2: Selection & Merit List

The selection is done on an entrance score basis. Aspirants can apply with a valid score on the GATE/GPAT/ BITS HD Online Test. After selection, a merit or selection list may be released to declare the names of the selected candidates.

STEP 3: Admission Confirmation

Once the selection is done, the seat allotment procedure is carried out. Selected candidates have to pay the admission fee amount or first semester for admission confirmation.
