 BITS HD Application Form 2025 – Important Guidelines 

• Only eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the BITS HD official website.  
• A candidate can submit only one application form for admission to a higher degree program. 
• Candidates must fill all the details correctly. 
• Keep sufficient printouts of the filled BITS HD form 2025 for future reference.   
• Avoid filling the duplicate application form of BITS HD as it results in the cancellation of candidature. 
• Candidates are advised to keep a softcopy of the payment receipt for future reference.  

Birla Institute of Technology and Science has closed the BITS HD application form registration process. The application mode is online. Candidates can check the steps to apply for BITS HD 2025 application form below -

Step 1—Registration: First, the candidates must go to the official website and click on the application form link. BITS HD registration involves entering details such as name, date of birth, gender, email ID, and mobile number. The login credentials will be generated after the registration is completed.  

Step 2 - Filling of Form: Next, the candidates will have to enter their personal, academic and contact details. All of the details provided have to be valid. Candidates also need to fill three BITS HD exam centres as per preference.  

Step 3 - Uploading of Documents: Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their recent passport-size picture and signature in JPG/JPEG. Applicants also need a scanned copy of their GATE/GPAT scorecard if applicable. The scanned images should follow the specifications mentioned by the authorities.  

Image specifications

• Size of photo image must be between 50 kb to 100 kb.
• Size of signature image must be between 10 kb to 50 kb. 
• Size of documents must be between 100KB to 300KB.

Step 4 - Fee Payment: Candidates will have to pay the required fee online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode (e-challan payable at ICICI bank).

 Step 5—Submission of Form: Finally, the candidates must submit the BITS HD application form. They must also print out a copy for future use. 

The exam authority released the BITS HD admit card on May 20, 2025 on the official website. The BITS HD slot booking process started on May 9, 2025. Applicants who fill out the application form before the last date can download the BITS HD 2025 admit card. The BITS HD hall ticket 2025 carries the candidate's details and examination, such as the name of the candidate, roll number, exam applied for, test centre, gender, etc. The credentials required to download the BITS HD admit card are Registration Number, Date of Birth (DOB), and Password. The BITS HD hall ticket is a mandatory document that must be carried to the exam hall along with a valid ID proof.
