- The GATE COAP 2026 registration link is active for admission to ME/MTech/PhD programmes. The GATE COAP 2026 round 1 window to view offers and make a decision will be opened on May 11, 2026 (10 AM).
- The BITSAT 2026 session 1 application portal is now closed for admission to the BTech course. Exams for this session are scheduled for Apr 15 and Apr 16, 2026. Registration for session 2 will open on Apr 20, 2026, for exams held from May 24 to May 26, 2026.

BITS Pilani admissions are based on student's performance in the all-India entrance examination called BITS Admission Test (BITSAT), held at BITS authorized test centres. Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) is an entrance exam conducted by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses (BE) at its three campuses located at Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. Yes, you can get admisson to BSc at BITS Pilani Goa without any entrance exam. BITS Pilani Goa has three modes of admission, i.e., BITSAT-2024 Scheme, Board Topper's scheme, and International Students' Admission Scheme. If candidates are qualified for the Board Topper's scheme, and International Students' Admission Scheme, they are extempt from the BITSAT entrance exam. Which means stduents are admitted to the BSc course directly without any entrance exam.
