College is good, and students won't be disappointed in any of the aspects.
Placements: 77% are placed, and the highest package is 50 LPA, the lowest is 4 LPA, and the average is 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, IBM, Infosys, and Accenture. 40% student got internship and in different companies, as I have listed above. Roles are software engineer, AI engineer, and many more.
Infrastructure: Facilities are proper. 24/7 Wi-Fi connection and labs for different purposes, which are helpful for research and development. Properly silent, good, and large library. Hostel quality is so good, the mess is clean, the canteen is clean, and it provides a variety. Medical facilities are also good, and sports and games are on top.
Faculty: Faculty are well organized and well qualified, all have good experience in teaching, and the quality is also very good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it does prepare students for the industry. Semester exams are average, and the maximum number of students pass the end sem exam.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in the world of modern technology, AI, and machine learning, and it is also one of the fastest growing field in the field of technology. There is nothing to improve, it is already good.

This college is very good and has a good reputation as a college in Bengaluru.
Placements: There are so many members in our college. The percentage of students placed is around 92%. The highest package offered is 36 LPA. The average package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary offered is 6 LPA. There are so many recruiter companies, such as Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, Google, and many other companies. The percentage of students who got internships in my course is around 80%. The top roles offered in my course are like HR, manager, and other jobs.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in my course, AI, ML, will include Wi-Fi available in the library. The labs are well-equipped, the equipment is also good, and the classrooms will have projectors and digital boards. The qualities of the facilities in the hostel are very good, and the food is also very good. Medical facilities are available every time there is a small ground available for sports, and there is a big ground in college.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality was very good. They were highly qualified professionals and graduated from top universities. This course curriculum is relevant, and this also makes students industry-ready. The difficulty of the semester will be moderate, and the pass percentage in my course is 91%.
Other: I chose this course because it has been trending in software. The things I wish to be better at are likely to improve the college management. There will be so many fests and events happening, and there will also be many clubs.

BMS College of Engineering - My honest review.
Placements: More than 80% is our placement rate in college. My batch is 2024-2028 AIML. Last year there was a package offered in machine learning for 38 LPA. The average package is 10 LPA - 12 LPA. Top companies are Amazon, Nokia, Bosch, TCS, and many more. About 30-40% of students who applied get internships. Top roles offered are HR manager and data analyst.
Infrastructure: There are a lot of facilities in college from sports to studies, from cultural to extracurricular activities. Wi-Fi is available in library and labs everywhere except the new one APS building that is for 1st year. Hostel life is not that much good, it's fine only but the quality of food is best in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers here are the most supportive and helpful. They have a very good knowledge, especially teachers for 2nd and 3rd years. The course curriculum is fully ready in college as they also update course content after new discover (about after a year) like in my course AIML, they did it last year too.
Other: As AI is on boom and there is very much scope in machine learning in the future. I will pass out in 2028. They can improve my course by adding a few relevant things related to 2-3rd year in 1st year only in place of chemistry and physics. Two best fests in college are Utsav and Phaseshift. Too much extracurricular activities are there at the college.

Placements: In 2023, BMSCE reported an average salary of 10.03 LPA and a median salary of 8.9 LPA. One student from the AIML program mentioned that approximately 76.9% of students in their course were placed, with the highest package reaching 25 LPA, the lowest at 5 LPA, and an average salary ranging from 8 to 10 LPA. Another student from the same batch reported a placement percentage above 90%. The highest salary package offered is 54 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top IT companies in Bangalore frequently visit the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Wi-Fi is available everywhere on the campus. We have classrooms with smart boards and a huge library. Good quality and tasty food served is available in canteen and hostel. Our college has 2 more canteens. There are 2 grounds for sports and other activities.
Faculty: Our college has highly qualified teachers. They are professionals with Ph.D. Degree. The course curriculum is relevant to the current time and is best for future industries. If we listen to classes and read a few times a week we can easily score good marks in semester exams. The pass percentage is 35%.

Value for money because of infrastructure, faculty members, and placements.
Placements: Around 70-80% of students get placed in BMSCE. The highest, lowest, and average packages offered in the CSE course are 30-40 LPA, 8 LPA, and 10 LPA, respectively. Top recruiting companies include ORACLE, HP, Samsung, CISCO, PayPal, new startups, and many other national and international companies. Generally, students from the 2nd and 3rd years get different internship opportunities, especially with new startups, which offer internships to students, and our top recruiting companies also provide internship opportunities. The top roles offered in our course are Software Developer, Data Analyst, AI Engineer, and so on.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure in BMSCE are of the top level. Classrooms are well managed. There are facilities for Wi-Fi, practical labs, research labs, and two large libraries (one for UG and another for PG). BMSCE provides accommodation facilities. There are two types of hostels in BMSCE, one for national students and another for international students. The food in the national hostel mess is average and not very hygienic, while the food in the international hostel is good and hygienic. There are good facilities for medical care, sports, and games.
Faculty: Faculty members of BMSCE are highly experienced, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach very well and explain every concept. They are approachable. The curriculum structure is well-organized, updated, and industry-relevant and those who are focused can be industry-ready. The semester exams in this college are of moderate difficulty, and around 80-85% of students pass in it.
Other: The main reason for choosing BE in AI and ML course is my interest in Artificial Intelligence and the job opportunities after the degree. The best thing about the course is that we get to learn new things and technologies. The main thing I wish could be better about my course is practical-based learning and project development rather than theoretical learning.

Good college with good placements.
Placements: Around 70% of students got placed. The highest package is 33 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA-4LPA. The average package is 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Bosch, Amazon, Deloitte, etc. Around 50% of students got internships in company like Hewlett-Packard. Top roles offered in this course are ML engineer, AI scientist, MLOps engineer, data scientist, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of college and the department is pretty decent. They have good labs and classrooms with smartboards as well. Library is good with books, digital books, and discussion rooms. Coming to hostel, it's decent, food is also fine, the only issue with few hostels is that these hostels are off-campus and are at a walking distance of 800-900m from college. There are no such medical facilities for hostelites.
Faculty: Teachers here are knowledgeable, qualified, and experienced. Course curriculum is also good, syllabus is divided in a good manner for each semester. Exams are sometimes easy or sometimes difficult. It's moderate. Pass percentage is also good around 70%.

BMSCE is a great college and is top 3rd college in Karnataka with small but good campus.
Placements: This year, there is almost 86% of placements rate is there. But students have to learn in depth in their field as college only teaches not so in deep. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA, for AIML branch, and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Different types of companies visit campus. Internships are less this year, only 5 to 10 students got it.
Infrastructure: Everything like labs, computer lab, library, classrooms, and Wi-Fi is great but the campus is small. The hostel is very expensive around Rs. 2.3 LPA, so students try to stay in PGs and many PGs are nearby. Canteen, sports, and games facilities are good. We also have a gym, indoor stadium, etc.
Faculty: Most teachers are great except one or two. Teachers are highly qualified and many have PhDs. But students should do self-study to be ahead as colleges do not give depth knowledge. Course curriculum is old one followed by VTU. If students read the properly, it is easy. Passing percentage is 1/3rd of the total.
Other: As AI is booming and according to my rank I got AIML branch. There is a main fest Utsav held every year. This year the crowd is huge as the seats have increased a lot.

This college is one of the best colleges in Karnataka. Here, you will learn and enjoy.
Placements: About 76.9% of students from my course are placed this year. The highest package is 25 CTC, the lowest is 5 CTC, and the average is 8 to 10 CTC. The top recruiting companies of my course are Genpact, Dell, Winwire, and Lowe's India. 23.1% of students got internships in companies like Cisco, AT&T, Lumen, SkillWinner, F5, etc.
Infrastructure: In my college, this year they have built a new building for the first years. They have provided each floor for each department. We have a good library and lab facilities in our college. We are provided with free Wi-Fi. In the hostels, the quality of food is good. They also provide medical facilities, and we have opportunities in sports and games.
Faculty: Yes, we have excellent teachers in our college. They are very helpful and well-qualified. They will always support us in our studies and other extra activities. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant to make the students more responsible and prepare them to reach our goals. Semester exams are a little difficult, and the pass percentage is 30%.
Other: Along with the studies, our college encourages students to participate in events and fests. They also provide information about scholarships.

BE in AI and ML from BMS college of engineering is a good option becasue the AI is in great demand nowadays. The total 4 years fees for this coure in BMS college of engineering is nearly INR 7-8 lakhs per year through management quota

You can get admission in BMS College of Engineering even if you are from Tamil Nadu. There is no such criteria prohibiting admission for Tamil Nadu students.
