In short a good college with good campus life, diversity, and average placement.
Placements: Got admission here in 2024 as B.Tech CSE student, didn't research much about this college. The placement of the year 2024-25 was quite good as compared to the previous academic session 2023-24. The highest package offered here is 27 LPA by Juspay. The lowest package offered here is 3 LPA by some sales companies. The average package offered here is 5.5 LPA - 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, TCS Ninja, Capgemini, UNO Mind, and LTIMindtree. Basically, 60-70% of students get internships easily. But you have to work hard to get internships.
Infrastructure: Being situated in Pune because of the mountains and hills there is always pleasant weather. The infrastructure of my college is average. We have good big classroom, libraries for separate department, different floors for different departments and labs. Although the campus is lit with Wi-Fi but the speed is very slow. Our campus has both male and female hostels. But in case of male hostels only 1st year students are allowed and from 2nd year you have to leave the hostel. The quality of food is good, you get both veg and non-veg food.
Faculty: Professors here at this college are mostly M.Tech and some are Ph.D. holders so the quality of study here is good enough from most of the colleges as far as I know. The course here is mostly the same as being taught in most colleges the old pattern, which does not make any sense in this future world. But some other courses are also there like NPTEL and optional subjects like machine learning, AI, and others. The exams held here are in 2 phases (summer and winter exams). The exams are a little bit tough.
Other: The reason for choosing B.Tech in computer science and engineering is due to the boom in the market, as well as because of my interest in the software field. You get to learn many things in this course, how internet works, how apps and android work, how machines, AI work, and many things you can learn. The improvement that I would suggest in this course is that upgrade the curriculum, and teach the latest languages. There is only one big event that is being organised by the college is Bhartiyam which is 7 day program.

Bharati Vidyapeeth College is good but not the best.
Placements: In my college, around 70-80% of students get placed according to the batch passed in 2025. The highest package is 27 LPA by Juspay which 1 student got. The top recruiting companies for my batch are Tata, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and many mass recruiting companies. 90% of students get internships from my college mostly in 3rd and 4th years. Some talented students also crack internships in the 2nd year. Students crack internships in companies like Accenture, Nestled, PwC, etc. As my course is IT, so top roles offered in IT are SDE, web developer, data scientist, etc.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities for my course that is we get around 3-4 practicals around a week and practical labs are spacious. A good amount of laptops are available for every student and there is no crowd in the lab. There is a batch of 20 students in the lab. There is a library that is open from 10 AM- 5 PM and it is open generally during college hours. Wi-Fi is there but not work so well. There is a good facility in the hostel. We get 3 shared rooms in the hostel. The mess food is good, and around 2 days in week, we get non-veg food. It has a sports good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they help us when we have doubts. They also help us during practicals a lot. They are qualified holding PhD and M.Tech degrees. They are knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant and sufficient. It makes students industry-ready but students have to work on their skills. Semester exams are not so difficult and it's average. The pass percentage is around 85%.
Other: I chose this course because first of all I was not getting any other good college and I chose this branch like IT as it is a software branch. The course should be updated timely as per industry needs. There is an annual fest named Bharatiyam. Hackathons are happening. There are scholarships for state students and for girls, there are some extracurricular activities such as working on some projects.

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Pune.
Placements: Around 85-90% of students got placed, and in my branch, CSBS, 100% of students got placed. The highest on-campus package was 19 lakhs, but there were several off-campus packages in crores. Overall, the placement is decent, with an average package of around 6-7 LPA for computer branches.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is a bit old as of now. The college has Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a big library. Sports facilities are decent, with a huge ground inside the campus for sports activities and various sports clubs. The medical canteen is good and is also a famous hangout spot.
Faculty: Most of the faculties are qualified, with many having several research papers published. Like every other college, there are all types of teachers: some really good, some decent, and some less effective. The curriculum was recently updated in 2023.

The college experience is average and needs betterment.
Placements: Around 50-60% of students of our batch got placed till now. The average package ranges from 3-4 LPA. The highest package is 11 LPA offered to one student by Alliance Bernstein. Top recruiting companies for our course are Hashedin by Deloitte, ICICI Lombard, and HSBC. Only 2-3 students got internships from college.
Infrastructure: The main building has facilities like a projector, good classrooms, etc. The building for mechanical and robotics students is old. Labs is upgrading eventually but the overall condition of college is average. Hostels are old. There is one hostel for girls which is in a new condition but it is even costlier than the college fees.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. Practical files and some submissions are unnecessary and expensive. Semester exams are easy for some branches while tough for core branches. The pass percentage is usually 85-90%. The course curriculum needs to be better.
Other: I chose robotics and automation but they are teaching us mechanical engineering.
