Best State government College if there is no lack of water.

Placements: There is no campus placement in Mechanical Department. Although there are few chances to find opportunity in private sector with the tag of government college. Few students except Mechanical get package of 7-8 lac per annum in multinational companies like Adobe, HP and TCS etc.

Infrastructure: Best infrastructure among all the government college affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. Full campus Wi-Fi with 5mbps speed. Huge CAD lab, workshop consisting CNC Lathe, CNC milling, EDM, ECM etc. Separate hostals for all years with full Wi-Fi and single seated.

Faculty: Good faculty only at Mechanical Department. Dr Sanjay Agarwal, Dean of Academic is very famous person among UPTU colleges. Good potential for research work. B.Tech students work on project under their guidance. Overall faculty are good in Mechanical Department.

Other: College fest held every year in April. Campus is fully eco friendly.

It is best among other UPTU's government colleges. We have lack of water in the hostels.

Placements: There are no placements for M.Tech students. We have good hostel facility with high-speed Wi-Fi. Other than mechanical engineering, all other departments are worst. Our department has enough permanent faculty, who are highly educated and dedicated. We have the best campus compared to the other government institutes of UPTU. For M.Tech students, problems may be less, but for B.Tech students, they are too hard. I am pursuing M.Tech here and facing water scarcity problem. Sometimes, I have to spend 1-2 days without bathing even in summer because we don't get enough water to bath. You will have the scarcity of water during summer because all the borings will not work properly during summer.

Infrastructure: Our college is the best compared to all other government institutes of UPTU. We have separate hostels for all the students like Vrindavan for B.Tech 1st year students, Saket for the 2nd year, Jay Bharat for the 4th year, Dr APJ for M.Tech, Major Dhyanchand for MBA. Kalpana and another building are under construction, and they are for girls. Two more buildings are under construction, in which one will be opened by June 2018, and the other will be opened after 2 years.

Faculty: We have 9 permanent faculty members in the mechanical department. 4 of them are associate professors, and the remaining 5 are assistant professors. We have 8 faculty members for manufacturing science and only 1 faculty for thermal engineering. So the manufacturing science students have to attend all the classes and prepare to submit all the assignments.

Other: Every year, a cultural fest will be held in the college.
