Review of my college nice experience.

Placements: From the 6th semester, the students get eligible for campus placement and they are hired by reputed companies like L&T, Yamaha, MG etc. The highest package after the course completion is around 36 Lakhs per annum and around 70 percent of students get placed. I plan to do higher study as my field requires more knowledge in this.

Infrastructure: The hostel room is well maintained and rooms are very big and spacious for two people. In the first year, you have a double accommodation room and are equipped with modern amenities like a B.Ed chair, table fan etc. They provide 4-time meals a day and we have one canteen in the hostel. Food quality, quantity and taste are very good and the menu also changes every 10 days. A cricket ground and badminton court are also there on the hostel campus. The registration process for opting hostel is very easy and it is done by filling out the hostel form.

Faculty: I am a student of Mechanical Engineering and the course is good and to the point in the mechanical field. It is related to the latest concepts and the latest technology. The faculty members are well-educated and provide good knowledge to the students. The student-teacher ratio is very good. The teachers provide us with good teaching material and provide us practical examples to understand a concept. Exams are held here in a semester pattern and the exam is easy to pass if you attend the lectures. The class size is 55 students and the course fee is INR 1,41,750 per year.

Placements: The placement rates are satisfactory, with approximately 70-80% of students securing placements. The highest package offered is 10LPA, while the lowest is 3 LPA, with an average of 5 LPA. Key recruiting companies include Tata Motors, L&T, and Tata Steel. About half of the students have secured internships with organizations such as BHEL and DRDO. Prominent roles offered are Mechanical Engineer and Design Engineer.

Our college is very good for CSE, ECE, but not good for mechanical engineering.

Placements: Around 60% of students got placed in different companies with 4 LPA. Last year the highest salary package offered by byjus was 12 LPA. The role offered is business development associate. Cognizant selected 60 students with 4 and 6 LPA. Internship opportunities are also available offered by Volvo, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Victora tools, Astral pipes, ESL, and many more. Low placement rates for core branch students are provided.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure facilities are good. All the labs are equipped with air-conditioners and fans. Free, fast, and unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Around 50 % of classrooms are equipped. All the books are available in the library. You can study or issue a book in your name. Hostel facilities are also good with air-conditioners and non-air-conditioners. Food quality of the hostel is not good. Medical facilities are available 24x7. Canteen facilities, books, and copy stores are available. Sports facilities are available to play cricket, basketball, badminton, and volleyball. Sports tournament is organised by the sports department every month or on any good occasion.

Faculty: All teachers are very helpful and always ready to help. All are well qualified. There is a good teaching or industrial experience. The course curriculum is very good its 50% theory and 50% practical. Semester exams are very easy it's only 30 or 60 marks based on the credit of the paper. College Conducts exams always on time even in the covid period. No delay in academics is very good.

Other: I chose mechanical engineering because the university has one of the best labs for mechanical engineering students. Placement for the core engineering branch should be improved. College is very good. Scholarship is offered to students with 8 CGPA every year. Every year in April annual function Gajajyothi and the centurion expo are organised. There are a lot of competitions organised during the annual function. The last 2 days of the annual function DJ night are also organised.

The college is good and I have enjoyed my studies and the faculty members are so helpful.

Placements: About 100% of students were placed. The highest stipend offered is Rs.20000 per month and the lowest salary offered is around Rs.8000 per month. TCS and Wipro are the best companies. Byjus offer a salary package of 12 LPA and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA - 8 LPA. The top role offered is designing engineer or power plant engineer.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are so good with fans and air-conditioners in all classes which is so good for summer. The Wi-Fi quality and speed are good and is accessible everywhere on campus. The laboratory is good and with good equipment for practicals. The library has all books for the B.Tech mechanical course. The hostel is not so good apart from BH1 which is good but costs more. For medical facilities, we have an OPD in the college. Sports and games are good. We have sports grounds.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are so helpful and friendly. They are always ready to support. They are qualified and have a lot of knowledge in B.Tech. We learn a lot from them. The teaching is good and they always try to make everything understable in the easiest way possible. The curriculum is relevant and matches the requirements for B.Tech field right now. The exams are difficult but if you study, you will pass.

Other: We have a GajaJoyti festival each year which is so enjoyable. We celebrate it for 3 days.

I am somewhat dissatisfied because the management system is very irritating.

Placements: Almost 30-40% of the students got placed in 2020 in mechanical engineering with an average salary of Rs. 25,000-30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Tech Mahindra, Victor Tools, Byju's and Tata. Almost 25% of the students got internships in Hyundai, Maruti and HAL. Some central ministers also visit our campus every year.

Infrastructure: Our university campus has Wi-Fi, brilliant labs, air-conditioned classrooms and a big library. Our college canteen food is much boring. Our university conducts an inter-college cricket tournament every year with some other sports.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very helpful, but the management system is disgusting. Some IIT passed faculty members are available in our university. Semester exams are very tough because, before the exam, faculty members give pressure to submit assignments and lab records. Almost every student got passed because all are academically good students.

Other: I have chosen mechanical engineering because of my family pressure, but after joining the course, I am very excited to know about machines. Our university conducts an annual function every year, a blood donation camp and flashmob in different cities.
