The college infrastructure is good and the environment to study is almost good.
Placements: If I tell you truly that this is a good college as it's infrastructure is good and the mess is also good, but about placement, I think it's not the best college, but most of the students, including me, take admission in this college as its fees are like 40,000 per year. Almost all the students are from Bihar and Patna. If you choose EE, then your HOD is great and you may get placed in good company, and CSE is also good, but other branches are not that good.
Infrastructure: Hostel infrastructure is good, and facilities are clean, but not always. Sometimes corridors are found dirty and Wi-Fi is a joke here. There is no Wi-Fi; there is fake Wi-Fi in the library. The canteen is good, which is okay but the people you meet here are the worst.
Faculty: Teachers are good and experienced, but you have to study on your own. You will get backlogs here almost every time you give exam and you have to study a lot here. The biggest problem is network. There is no network or Wi-Fi here.
Other: Give Wi-Fi in the hostel and college campus; there is also only one Wi-Fi in the hostel. We are not fools here. The gym is just scrap; there is no equipment, just a waste of time .

Dissatisfied with the placements only.
Placements: In the year I passed out from the course, only one company came for placements which offered us only 1.8 LPA, with a 3-year bond. With my experience, the placements are not good at all. Otherwise, the college is good.
Infrastructure: Every good facility is available that is required. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and a library with the latest edition books are available. A few special classes have digital boards. The hostel is good and well maintained.
Faculty: There aren't enough teachers for specific subjects. They manage all the subjects with a few teachers. But it is not the college's fault, but Haryana government's fault. The college is trying its best to cope with the given number of teachers.

Review of Ch. Devi Lal State Institute of Engineering and Technology
Placements: Here, in the Electrical Engineering Department, the maximum number of students got placed because our H.O.D is very supportive. Many companies came to our college. But in the CSE and Civil branches, there is zero placement. Electrical, Mechanical, and ECE branches are good in our college, and teachers are very supportive of these branches.
Infrastructure: The facilities in our college include neat and clean classrooms and a big library where all books are available. There are 5 to 6 Wi-Fi zones in our college. In the hostel, there is no Wi-Fi, but a library is present. Hostel food is good but not regular.
Faculty: Our teachers are well qualified and very supportive towards students. They try every possible step to help students score good marks in the final exam. They always help whenever we have any doubts in any subject. The teachers in our branch are awesome.
Other: You get a scholarship here if you are from UP or Haryana. We celebrate a fest every year in our college.

Good infrastructure and had a very good placement record.
Placements: Good placement record by college placement cell organised by the staff and other senior students. Every year, most of the students were hired by different MNCs and other local bodies. College placement cell was very active and interconnected with different companies and research institution for placement of students.
Infrastructure: 100 acres of open campus with Wi-Fi speed up to 3 mbps in peak hours. It had well-equipped labs for every branch and all the apparatus was available in the labs required for experiment. Both boys and girls hostel was separated with one another and had well-furnished rooms and furniture.
Faculty: College staff was very helpful and cooperative with students. Staff was well educated and also, participates in research at different government sector. Student to faculty ratio was very good. It was almost 7:1.
Other: College staff was very helpful and there was an open environment for study and sports. College organise many athletic meets and other sports events every year. The college was a property of government of Haryana and affiliated with AICTE and HSTE. College was ruled purely by Government of Haryana.
