College Review of Chaibasa Engineering College .
Placements: As a student of the ECE branch at Chaibasa Engineering College, session 2023-27, I want to clarify a few points regarding placement details. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Tata Motors, with an average CTC ranging from 3 LPA to 8 LPA. About 60 to 70 percent of students have been placed in previous batches. The job roles offered in my course include SDE and Data Entry positions.
Infrastructure: Talking about the infrastructure and facilities we are offered, they are quite moderate. Renovation work is being done on the departmental building this year. 24/7 water and Wi-Fi are available for both students and faculty members. The hostel provides rooms that accommodate 2-3 students in a single room, with mess facilities available.
Faculty: The college curriculum is well-designed for students by our faculty members, which includes completing the full syllabus under the guidance of teachers. Exams are conducted by the JUT Board University, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The courses chosen by students prepare them for job-related work in the industry, with guidance from faculty members of our college. The semester exams are quite moderate, with problems that apply the concepts learned.

Review of Chaibasa Engineering College.
Placements: Around 20-30% of students got placed in the last year, 2023-24. Top recruiting companies of our course are TCS, Wipro, and Accenture. Here, our course Electronics and Communication is NBA aggregate and approved by AICTE. The main job role offered to students is service-based.
Infrastructure: Our college has 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The institute deployed a security guard at the entry gate of the hostel for physical surveillance and safekeeping of the hostel environment and assets. There are common room with an indoor game facility. It also has high-speed Wi-Fi, power backup, room delivery facility by in-house paid canteen and outdoor sports facility.
Faculty: The number of faculty members in our college is very low. In each department, only 6 -7 teachers are available, so our college education level is not good. Some teachers are very good but not all due to this, so all students need more effort. This is a 4-year course. Every year we have 2 semesters, and we have a total 8 of semesters. Every semester has internal and external exams. In every semester, we must pass or fail any 2 subjects then only we can go to the next semester.

Dissatidfied because of campus life, connectivity and infrastructure.
Placements: Around 60-70% of students are placed most of the job are from IT sector. The lowest is 2.5 Lacs, the highest is around 7 Lacs and average is around 3 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys. Students get internship by own from off campus or any other sources.
Infrastructure: Two departments in one building so shortage of classrooms, labs are also average, wi-fi speed is also very slow around 100-200 kbps, library is also average. In hostel three students in one room also below average room, no canteen and no playground, for medical emergency students have travel 10km from campus.
Faculty: Some teachers are very good, knowledgeable and the teaching style is also very good. But some teachers teaches just to complete syllabus, so overall teachers are average. I don't think this curriculum makes industry ready as all the students are placed in IT sector. Semester exam are easy to average and around 33% is pass percentage.

Placements: Placement Average like 5 LPA 13 LPA heights package in ECE department in previous year managmentvery bad not provide hostel and not any transport facilities from chaibasa to college campus and also no all subject teacher Head is good but facilities very bad.
Infrastructure: Average college not provide proper facilities not provide good food and library not good infrastructure not good hostal life very bad room not provide for all student value for money only for local and free seat or tfw student not provide any transport facilities.
Faculty: Not good because not provide hostal and admission more then 200 student why if they not provide hostel so way admission and also not provide any transport facilities chaibasa to college transportation and road condition is very bad of this college.

The college fee is reasonable and the infrastructure and the campus are good.
Placements: In our college, only 30% of students are placed. Students from the CSE and ECE branches are placed but those from the mechanical and civil branches are not placed. The previous year, CSE students were placed by Amazon. Internships for mechanical and civil engineering students are available.
Infrastructure: The hostel is average. Wi-Fi is available but the speed is slow. There is a library in the middle of the junior or senior boys' hostel. The food is provided inside the hostel. The canteen is not available currently. You have to go outside for junk food. There is no ground facility but every year, tournaments are played outside the campus for sports like volleyball and cricket.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful. They finish the syllabus on time and provide notes. Their teaching quality is not higher. They will only complete the syllabus. The semester exams are difficult because this college administers exams in the center. Some students failed in 1 or 2 subjects. If you don't want to repeat the exam, you must study.
Other: The best thing about this college is the fee. The college fee is reasonable. You cannot find any other college in this fee range. Every year, our college orgaines festivals. Scholarships are provided for students.
