College for an excellent future.

Placements: Most of the students get placements where around 7 to 10 LPA is the average package that students got. The college focuses on practical knowledge, the skill of the individual, and extracurricular activities, along with academics. They also provide an interesting platform for Tifan, BAJA national competition under SAE India, and advanced technology, such as done locopilot training, etc. A big campus of Chhatrapati Shahu College Maharaj Shikshan Sansthan (CSMSS) provides the best educational environment.

Infrastructure: All the facilities are provided in my college (e.g., Wi-Fi, practical labs, library, extracurricular labs of Tifan and BAJA). The college has a playground, a student training center, and a well-developed hostel with good food quality in the mess is available in the college.

Faculty: The well-knowledgeable lecturers/professors/teachers are available. The extracurricular activities of the college and department are held, from which presentations, project competitions, and regular programs such as Tifan, BAJA, and locopilot training programs are provided, which are related to the academic course. Other fun activities increase the candidates' confidence, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, management skills, etc.

The infrastructure is good but placements are not very good.

Placements: Placement is almost none. The highest salary package offered is around 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. Companies for placements are very less, and mostly local companies offer jobs. Students getting internships are very less i.e. almost 40%.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good. It provides labs and Wi-Fi. The canteen food is good but not great. Hostels are okay. The sports ground is okay but does not conduct many games. Medical facilities are also provided in this college for help.

Faculty: Teachers are good but need improvement. Exams are quite difficult as very less student pass every semester. In my class, almost 70% of students have backlogs in the subjects. The syllabus needs to be improved and made relevant.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested in learning about it. Events are good but few events are conducted.

Reality of Chhatrapati Shahu college of engineering.

Placements: The reality of placements is really the worst. The reality is that those who are part of E Baha & Samaskara got jobs in Mahindra & Mahindra and Pinnacle Motors with 3-4 lakh packages. In a class of 77 students, only 10 students from the college were placed. Before COVID, they placed many students in IT, but from 2023, placements have been the worst. No students find internships themselves; mostly, Waluj companies like Man Mental and Varroc give a 15,000 stipend for 6 months.

Infrastructure: The college has only a good auditorium. It has two buildings; one has been under construction for many years and is still not finished. There is no Wi-Fi, practicals are conducted on a virtual lab platform as the college does not have physical labs. The college rents out the sports ground to others, so we do not have permission to play on our college sports ground. The hostel is only for girls; boys need to stay in flats and private hostels available nearby.

Faculty: Teachers mostly focus on feels, some are really good. Two teachers in our department are Ph.D. qualified - Mithun and Karpe sir. The course curriculum is outdated; it's from a low-class university, DBATU, and it doesn't make anyone industry-ready. Even a 12th class student can clear its exams; they need many attempts to clear the final exam. The university is greedy; it only focuses on money, not on students' development.

Other: Although the college has many problems, they do not force poor students to pay fees; they give some extra time. The college fee is 75,000 per year.

CSMSS Chh. Shahu College of Engineering is not just a college; it's an emotion.

Placements: Top MNC companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Hexaware, and many more companies come for hiring. I got a job at Capgemini as a software engineer, although I did my engineering in electrical because the college provided us with IT and aptitude training before placements that are free of cost. Like me, 80% of my class is placed in IT companies.

Infrastructure: In our college campus, many colleges like dental, ayurveda, and Diploma share the campus, but everyone has their own space. There is no Wi-Fi available; only the library has internet. Our college gets regularly cleaned every day, being cleaned three times a day. The hostel is only for girls, and it has good facilities. We do not have permission to enter the sports ground.

Faculty: Teachers help us the most during IT training. We have to do hands-on training of coding languages and databases, and they help us the most. The course curriculum is from DBATU University, which is considered a backward university. Its curriculum is outdated. Exams are easy; if we don't clear them, we have a chance to clear them in the remedial exam.

Other: The college fest called Rhythm is celebrated in January of every year.

Fully satisfied and best college in region.

Placements: Best college in region, I get placed in TCS at 3.6lpa in my class 40 out of 60 placed in IT MNC in, Infosys, wipro. Placement preparation start from seven semester with computing and coding sessions. 10 person get internship in electroconnect and liber .

Infrastructure: College is far away from main bus stand but near to railway station so, transportation availability is more. College infrastructure is traditional university kind, LAN internet is in library, Hostel is only for girls for boys there is no Hostel, have to stay in rented rooms.

Faculty: Teachers are primarily focused on placements from second year, weekly gatetutor aptitude exams conducted. Course curriculum include advance electronics and High voltage engineering. Semester exam conduct in summer and winter session, out of 70 score should be 27 for pass.
