Good infrastructure, need more facilities and more improvement in knowledge.
Placements: On our campus, 50% of students were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 4.8 lakhs per annum, the lowest was Rs. 1.5 lakhs per annum, and the average salary was Rs. 3 lakhs per annum. The companies that recruited students include Smart TV, Wipro, and Microsoft. 70% of students got internships in these companies.
Infrastructure: The labs are specialized and air conditioned. They have free Wi-Fi, and each department has its own library. The college provides advanced electronic devices and kits. The hostel has a playground, gym, and indoor games room. The food is good compared to other hostels. Medical facilities are available 24 hours a day, and the college has its own ambulance. All kinds of sports are offered, and each sport has its own grounds.
Faculty: The teachers are good and helpful, and they go out of their way to clear up any doubts that students have. They are very knowledgeable, and their teaching methods are effective. The curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the workplace. The pass percentage is 7.5 GCPA. The semester exams are tough because they are administered by an outside college, but some of the questions are easier.
Other: I am interested in circuits, and I think studying Electrical Engineering at CIET would be a good fit for me. CIET has a good reputation, and its curriculum is advanced. Also, graduates have many opportunities for employment in both the core and IT sectors.

Good infrastructure, need more facilities, more improvement in knowledge.
Placements: 50 percentage of students placed in my college. 4.8 lakh per annum is the highest package, lower is 1.5 lakh per annum, and average is 3 lakh per annum. In our campus, there are more companies recruiting, such as Smart TV, Wipro, Microsoft. 70 percentage of students got internships in above companies in electronics hardware.
Infrastructure: Specialized labs with AC, free Wi-Fi, separate library for each department, advance electronic devices and kits. Facilities in hostel are playground, gym, and indoor games room. Food is good when compared to other hostels. Medical facilities are available 24 hours with college's own ambulance. All kinds of sports are there with separate grounds.
Faculty: Teachers are good, helpful, and so kind to clear out doubts. They are well knowledgeable. Teaching is also good. Yes, it is better curriculum relevant. It makes students industry-ready always. The pass percentage is 7.5 CGPA. The semester exams are so tough to clear because it's from outer college, but by luck, some questions may be easier.
Other: Because I am interested in circuits. The best is there are opportunities in both core and IT sector. Advanced syllabus is required.

I am satisfied because of the faculties and placements are also good.
Placements: In my college 2024 batch, all students get jobs, but in the 2025 batch, only half of the members are placed. The highest package is 7-8 lacs per annum, the lowest package is 5-6 lacs per annum, and the average is 2-3 lacs per annum. Wipro, Microsoft, etc. are the top recruiters. In Wipro, 25% of students got internships. Core-oriented roles are offered.
Infrastructure: There is no free wifi in my college and hostel except that all facilities in my college, like classrooms, labs and libraries, are available. Compared to other hostels, my hostel has the best food quality and the warden, sports, medical kit, etc. are all available in my hostel.
Faculty: All faculties are knowledgeable and qualified; their teaching style is always excellent. Yes, the course is curriculum-relevant, and the teachers are good at teaching. The semester exam is not too tough; it's absolutely okay. The highest percentage is 9.2% CGPA, and the pass percentage is above 7.5% CGPA.
Other: I selected this course for my family situation but the course is best for another course. We chose the multiple path in ECE. It's all great in my college. My college provides scholarships too for students.

My college life - Coimbatore institute of engineering and technology .
Placements: The highest package is about 5 LPA, and the lowest package is about 3.5 LPA. The average package is about 4 LPA every year during our campus placement activities. Moreover, over 60 percent of students were placed in the past year, and many got into paid internships.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good and has a peaceful environment. However, internet issues are faced all over the college. The Wi-Fi connection is very weak in and around campus. The food is good, and a 24/7 ambulance is available on campus. Sports facilities are not readily available for engineering students.
Faculty: Facilities are available and teach us well, and doubts are also cleared anytime by the faculty. Extra special classes are taken to enlighten the weak students in their studies. Exams are not that easy, but once you learn, it will be easy for you.

Bain and boon about my current college.
Placements: The top recruiting companies are TCS, Amazon, and so on. Over 60% of our seniors got internships after their 2nd year which is 4th semester. Overall, 80% of students were placed in our college which sounds less to me but it's okay. People with good brains get placed here.
Infrastructure: There is a huge playground behind our college which we rarely use, only for sports day. A bare minimum of sports activities in this college but other things are good and excellent. Like canteen and stationary, etc. are good.
Faculty: According to my opinion, the teachers are helpful and qualified staff with good teaching experience in the field. Most of our staff are friendly in terms of study and strict in our punctuality.

Coimbatore Institute Of Engineering And Technology - CIET Coimbatore is a good college.
Placements: In our college, in the previous year, almost 100% of the students got placements. All the students undergoing the course received an offer letter from good and established companies such as Religare, Taj, Flipkart, etc. The highest salary package was offered by Byju's to a student, and it was 10.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered varies from 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: It provides a good hostel facility, and the location of the hostel is good. Our college provides good facilities for students. Our college had a good and well-developed infrastructure, along with a free Wi-Fi facility on the campus for computers. There are good classrooms and hostel facilities with good washrooms, and the hostel provides good food for students. Grounds are available for different sports such as cricket, football, volleyball, etc., separately.
Faculty: It has a good exam system and is good of all. Teachers here are much helpful for students in the course. They all are well qualified and knowledgeable. The college uses the latest techniques and technologies for the study purpose of delivering knowledge to students. The course curriculum is up-to-date and helps students to be ready for the industry.
Other: It is a good college with a good location.

Our college has a good infrastructure, and it is worth the money.
Placements: For my batch, placements in our college are not good, but they are somewhat better for previous batch students. Mostly IT, IT Services, BPOs and KPOs visit our college for placements. For my batch, KGiSL (one of the major BPOs) in Coimbatore is the major recruiter. For our batch, the highest package is offered by IVTL, and it is about 5.5 LPA. The lowest package offered is around 1 LPA. In my batch, about 80% of the students got placed. Training provided is good.
Infrastructure: Our college has one of the most beautiful infrastructures I have ever seen. It is surrounded by Western ghats with a cool climate throughout the year. We have well-equipped labs and classrooms with projectors in our college. The library in our college is good with all the facilities including OPAC, but the collection of magazines is very less. Food provided in the canteen and the hostel is not good, but the hostel rooms are very clean.
Faculty: I studied in the department of electronics and communication. Most of the teachers in our college are qualified and knowledgeable. They conduct test twice a week. Mostly, they will cover up to 4 units, and the last unit is completed by giving seminars. Interaction with the staffs is good. They are very friendly to us, but the industry exposure is not good.
Other: We will conduct a symposium for each department once a year. It is an inter-college event. Scholarships will be provided to the students.

Placements: About 30percent of students placed, their maximum salary is 3.25 Lacs per annum and minimum is 1.2 Lacs.10percent students only got internship from college. The highest and the lowest stipend offered are 6000 and 2000 respectively.yes, there is a placement cell
Infrastructure: Infrastructure are not bad, but most of the buildings are not build completely. Wi-Fi available but not for first year students.quality of lab and classrooms are just okay.Food available in canteen are good.hostel rooms are good and spacious for four member each room.I did not face any infrastructure related issues during my days at the college
Faculty: Yes, the teacher are very friendly and helpful for us to learn.giving assignment on those questions taught in classes.student to faculty ratio is about 40:60.Yes, yearly once we get Industrial visit to Ooty, Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy BHEL . Course curriculum is not that much useful.
Other: annual day celebrations conducted by the college every year. Campus is surrounded by mountain and also they celebrate pongal festival.
