Good college changes the entire life.

Placements: In my course, almost 85%-95% of the students got placed. The highest package in my course is about 20 LPA-25 LPA. The average package of 15 LPA-18 LPA. Minimum package offered is 8 LPA-13 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Unominda, Datacorp Traffic, TCS, Kaar, etc. Mostly all of the students got internships in the company through college. The top roles offered in our course are VLSI designer, embedded system, circuit manufacturing, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has 3 canteens and there is a big high-tech lab in our college. The facilities in the hostel are not that much better but okay we can manage. There are many sports facilities in our college. The food in the canteen is good and hygienic. The department has 2 labs and a high internet system. The classrooms are good.

Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful in our studies and the give many advice to do best in our life and they share their experiences. They are well knowledgeable and many of the staff are included in the research and development. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are moderate to hard. Almost 65%-70% of students pass the exam.

Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in VLSI design and also in embedded systems. To improve my career I have to study a C program for circuit manufacturing. There are many events conducted in our college.

Good placements in 2024. Excellent placement support, nice training for placements.

Placements: In my course, almost 90% of students got placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Embedded, Delta Electronics, Tata Motors, and so on. Almost 90% of students got their internship offer. The top role offered is Senior Engineer.

Infrastructure: The library, Wi-Fi, and classroom facilities are top notch. The food in the hostel is very good, and the mess and canteen are well maintained. The college provides adequate medical facilities, and places importance on sports and games.

Faculty: The teachers at this college are very friendly and helpful. They are highly qualified and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good, and the way they teach is very helpful in preparing us for the industry. The difficulty level of the courses is average, and the pass percentage is 80% and above.

Other: I chose ECE because it allows me to enter both the hardware and software sectors. While the teaching needs improvement, the events are very good, and they provide various scholarships.

Really good college to join as it had good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: Nearly 70% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 14 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Recruiting companies were Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and DXC Technologies. Additionally, college offers Japanese language training. Students who learn Japanese and clear the N-series exams were placed with good packages.

Infrastructure: Our college had very good infrastructure. Its location is in the center of the city., Salem. Hostel have Wi-Fi facilities, very good vegetarian food, and excellent maintenance of hostel rooms. College had a separate sports complex and big ground near the hostel and sports complex.

Faculty: Teachers were good and skilled. All classrooms had video and audio recordings of all classes. Students can access the recordings whenever they need, and it was available 24/7 for all students. Semester exams were easy. Passing percentage was near 99%.

Other: Sona College conducts many cultural programs and sports events. Sona College had many clubs. College also offers extracurricular activities like NCC and NSS clubs.

It is a friendly campus for both studies and placements.

Placements: This college has more placements compared with other colleges. The package of the placements is high. A maximum number of students are trying to get jobs in campus placements. About 80% of the students will get a job easily. The highest salary package is 14 LPA, and the average is 4.5 LPA. Last year, companies like TCS, Amazon, Wipro, and Tata came for recruiting.

Infrastructure: At this college, the hostel facility is available. But it charges Rs. 76,000 per year. Students cannot afford that money. They can take a room for rent. The quality of the meals provided by the college is not bad. There are a number of rooms available for rent. Free Wi-Fi is also available. They gave importance to sports also. Lab facilities are available for studies and making projects.

Faculty: Faculty members are very kind to students. They have good knowledge regarding the subject. A maximum of faculty members are experienced. Because the semester exams are not tough, about 90% of students pass their semester exams. The course which is provided by our college is very helpful for industry placements.

Other: I was very interested in this course. I have more knowledge of electronics. I am very confident in learning new things. Many fests are conducted by our college. Many clubs are available. Flash mobs seem to happen in our college every month. The fee structure of this college is more. Normal people cannot afford this much money. Due to this, we need to apply for some state or central scholarships to study at this college.

It provides excellent teachers, good placements for 2020, and good facilities.

Placements: Nearly 85% of students got placed including off-campus. SCT brought a lot of companies as they promised during admission but at the end of the day, it depends on the student's hard work. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, and the lowest salary pacakge offered was 2.4 LPA. The average salary pacakge offered was 3.5 LPA. Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc., were the top recruiters. Internships were depends on the student's interest, and one of my friends got internships in Zoho.

Infrastructure: Our department's classrooms were good. Every classroom had LCS i.e lecture capturing system. LCS records every lecture so that students can watch it anywhere. Our department had R&D and laboratories were good. The library was one of the best places on campus. The hostel was good. It provides a medical center, gym facilities, basketball court, badminton court, and common ground. The swimming pool was an extra perk.

Faculty: Teachers were the best thing in SCT. They were available for students anytime, if they could not get placed, then they can ask for their help. They will pay special care to students. The course curriculum was changed every year to adapt for future opportunities. Semesters exams were difficult. Students have to work hard to get a good percentage. Nearly 90% of students cleared semesters in our department.

Other: I opted for this ECE course, because it is the best department in SCT. They do not give importance to extracurricular especially sports, and they had to improve that.
