Best college in Kerala with better placements
Placements: The current 4th-year students, in which about half of them are placed now itself from the CSE branch. Last year the highest salary is about 34 LPA, and the average placement is 6–7 LPA. About 14 students got placed in Air India with 14 LPA. For the last pass-out batch, the lowest is 3.3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The facilities of the college are average. All kinds of labs are there, but they are not well maintained and furnished. The means hostel is awesome. The mess is controlled by the students themselves, so the food is excellent. The rooms are well maintained, and the monthly rate is affordable for everyone. A football ground, volleyball court, basketball court, and a badminton court are also there. The ambience of the hostel is very nice.
Faculty: Faculty members are well graduated and of better experiences. Some of them are graduated from IIT. They are very kind to students. The curriculum is okay, not that nice. The exams are a little bit hard. For a semester, there will be two series exams and an end semester exam.
Other: I am now doing my first-year course. I have chosen this course because it is of high demand. The highest placements are currently for CSE. The curriculum should have been better. Events and fests are awesome. Department-wise tech fests and college cultural fest are there.

College of Engineering has a value-for-money and is a government engineering college in Kerala.
Placements: For placement, this college is good. Do not worry if you are a CS student, there are many requirements. Top recruiters are Amazon and Flipkart. Most of the students get an internship from the third year and the second year itself, like above 90 percent. They offer roles at a high level.
Infrastructure: They provide very good facilities like Wi-Fi labs, and there are even air-conditioned classrooms. They also provide a library, and we can access till night 8 PM at night. The quality of the hostel is good, but it is like an old building. You may like the food or not. It depends on you, and there are sports and games, gym facilities, cricket, football training, basketball, handball, and sports are available, you cannot carry your sports life with it.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach very well. The semester exam was medium level. You can get a good mark. If you started early, it is not that difficult. The curriculum is designed to help every child pass the exam.
Other: I chose this college because it is Kerala's number one government engineering College in terms of placement for these colleges. Very good campus. Life is very nice. We can meet people from different states, and many cultural programs are available.

My 2-year experience in College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
Placements: Many students get placed through an internship program provided by our college. The highest salary package of this course from our college is almost 17 LPA and the lowest salary package is 8 LPA. Around 78% of students get placed from our college every year. Various companies like Microsoft, TCS, Oracle, Infosys appoint our students to their companies.
Infrastructure: Our college is dedicated to providing us the best facilities. The entire environment of our college and hostel campus is very pleasant. Foods provided by our college canteen to the students are very delicious. Sports courts are also available in our college to improve students' physical activities.
Faculty: The number of faculty members available in our college is sufficient. They are very submissive. 72% attendance is mandatory for every student to sit in the exam. The minimum marks required for every student to pass the exam are 60%. Almost 90% students pass the examination every year with good marks.

It's a good college for you.
Placements: I am in ECE branch. All the people got placements. The highest package in the college is 38.5 LPA. 4 students get this offer which is offered by Texas Instruments. Some students opt for higher studies. A person got air 5 from my branch.
Infrastructure: It consists of c2s lab which students can use systems and increase individual skills. Also, there are fb page boards. By utilizing this so many are placed, including 4 persons from here placed at Texas for 38.5 LPA. Currently now I am in s3, and now I have lab sections for digital circuit design and analog circuits.
Faculty: It is under APJ Abdul Kalam University. We have nice syllabus in which from first year onwards the core subject includes network theory. Now I am studying in semester. We have about 4 core subjects, and it offers a good time in 4th year and to do projects.
Other: I chose this course because of the place. ENTS in our department, and also it is the engineering branch that is going to rule the upcoming age. In my college, there are a lot of fests including Dhisha, Drishti, and Dhwani in which include improving the students' technical skills.

It is an excellent college known for outstanding placements and quality education.
Placements: College of Engineering Trivandrum boasts top placement record in Kerala. Every department has placements with core companies. Some companies that recruit students include Oracle, Cognizant, Accenture, L&T, Infosys, etc. The placement training given in the final semester is super helpful for the placement exams. The highest package offered by Texas Instruments is 36 LPA. A lot of companies also offer both internships and full-time job opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college is significantly larger than other colleges. It boasts some of the most advanced lab equipment and facilities. Our department has access to Wi-Fi. Every classroom is equipped with projectors. There is a spacious library. We have two libraries, the department library and the central library. A physical education center is also provided to encourage students' participation in sports and games. The food in the hostel is of good quality.
Faculty: Educators are genuinely dedicated and actively participate in each class session. The majority of the faculty members consist of seasoned professionals with extensive experience. They are highly qualified and are always available to assist us. For the quality of teaching, I would rate 5 out of 5. The course curriculum is pertinent and applicable. Instructors provide excellent guidance and support us in achieving our objective.

Satisfied with my experience at CET, and students can get a good and knowledgeable experience here.
Placements: Our branch is one of the most misunderstood branches which has a high potential in the global stage amongst the non circuit branches and the past batch got a placement rate of around 75-80% where they are placed in top firms like TCS, Tata Elxsi, JSW, UST Global, Nissan as a graduate trainee role with about a package of 20 LPA. Internships are provided by top industrial-based companies and have also been an integral part in the placement process, like Accenture, Nissan, HLL Lifecare, Ashok Leyland, and other startups or automotive companies that offer operations work, which can upskill the knowledge in AutoCAD, Solidworks, Matlab, and other necessary skills.
Infrastructure: There is a department library and a general library, where we can get access to multiple books, and generally for reading or studying sessions. There is an IT lab in the department and a CCF (central computing facility) in the mechanical department equipped with AC and computing facilities. Facilities in the Hostel are pretty good, and there is a good environment generally. The mess food is also generally nice and costs around Rs. 3,000 per month with both non-vegetarian and vegetarian food. There is a sports team in games like basketball, football, softball, badminton, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, etc., and it has achieved great results.
Faculty: Teachers are pretty knowledgeable and friendly most of the time. Some teachers are good at delivering the content. The course curriculum is relevant, and it covers main topics like operations management, finance, mechanical topics, quality control, etc. The pass percentage is good, and above 90% most of the time.
Other: I chose this course because of the combination of studying mechanical topics with topics of business administration, which can lead to more placement opportunities with the knowledge and presentation side of the ideas and knowledge. It can lead to higher positions in a firm and lead to a general manager or even higher positions with experience. We study how to manage the firm with the knowledge of the mechanical side of things.
